Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の噴霧装置に関する。
これに対して、請求項1に記載の特徴を有する本発明による噴射ノズルは次のような利点、すなわち、適宜な形成及び配置により、燃料を、配量室内に形成された熱提供に対応して供給ことができるという利点を有している。これにより、燃料の蒸発プロセスは最適化され、急速に加熱される小さい室で行うことができる。さらに運転特性が改善される。なぜならば、例えば測定距離又は測定面、例えばセンサを、燃料負荷からほぼ除外することができるからである。噴射される燃料若しくは燃料雲の幾何学形状を、調量室内に形成される状況及びこれにより付与される諸条件に卓越した形で適合させることができる。
次に本発明の実施例を例として説明する。
Claims (13)
- 特に水素を獲得するための化学的な改質器内に供給するための燃料のための噴霧ノズル(1)であって、配量室何開口する噴射開口(3)を有するノズルボディ(2)と、少なくとも1つの調量開口(6)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、ノズルボディ(2)の中心軸線(10)に対して半径方向成分を備えた複数の噴射開口(3)が、高さ段階(4)にそれぞれ少なくとも1つの噴射開口(3)により配置されており、少なくとも1つの貫通開口(11)を有する少なくとも1つのノズルボディインサート(5)が、燃料流れ方向(8)で見て、第1の高さ段階(4.1)の前に配置されている、かつ/又はノズルボディ(2)の複数の高さ段階(4)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディ(2)が、中空円筒状である、請求項1記載の噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディ(2)内の、燃料流れ方向(8)に位置する第1の高さ段階(4.1)と、調量開口(6)との間に、ガス供給開口(7)が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の噴霧ノズル。
- 燃料流れ方向(8)で見て最後に位置する高さ段階(4.2)の後に、ノズルボディ(2)の中心軸線(10)に対して軸線方向成分を備えた、少なくとも1つの別の噴射開口(3)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- 少なくとも1つのノズルボディインサート(5)が、ノズルボディ(2)に、液圧的に密に圧着されている、かつ/又は溶接されており、特にレーザ溶接されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射ノズル。
- ノズルボディインサート(5)の貫通開口(11)の中央軸線(12)が、ノズルボディ(2)の中心軸線(10)に対して平行に延びている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディインサート(5)のうちの少なくとも1つが、長方形の横断面を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディインサート(5)のうちの少なくとも1つが、貫通開口(11)からノズルボディ(2)へ向かって、燃料流れ方向(8)に反して凹状に引き込まれている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディインサート(5)のうちの少なくとも1つが、貫通開口(11)からノズルボディ(2)へ向かって、燃料流れ方向(8)へ凹状に引き込まれている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- 貫通開口(11)の横断面が、長方形、又は台形である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- 貫通開口(11)が、種々異なった大きさの少なくとも2つの一様な横断面、有利には段付孔を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- ノズルボディ(2)が、軸線方向延在部に、少なくとも1つの壁厚さ減衰区分(13)を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の噴霧ノズル。
- 壁厚さを減衰区分(13)が、高さ段階(4)の領域に延びている、請求項12記載の噴霧ノズル。
