Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念部に記載した形式の調量装置から出発する。
独立請求項の特徴部に記載の特徴を備えた本発明による調量装置は従来のものに比べて、調量装置に対応配置された加熱エレメントによる前加熱によって、燃料もしくは燃料・ガス混合物の噴霧および分配が著しく改善されるという利点を有している。これによって、たとえばコールドスタート段階を著しく短縮することができ、すでにコールドスタート段階の間に触媒バーナまたは後燃焼装置もしくは化学的な改質器の効率を著しく向上させることができる。この場合、有害物質エミッションは著しく低減されている。手間がかかりひいては高価な、混合物調整およびスプレイ調整のための装置は省略することができる。特に同じかまたはより良好な噴霧で、手間をかけて製作され得る劣悪に調整可能なエネルギ集中的な空気助成装置を省略することができる。これによって、調量装置はより僅かなエネルギを必要とし、より簡単に製作することができ、より簡単に調整することができる。さらに、たとえばエアコンプレッサを省略することができる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (9)
- 特に水素を得るための化学的な改質器または熱を発生させるための後燃焼装置に供給するための液状の燃料に用いられる調量装置(1)であって、燃料を調量管路(8)に調量するための少なくとも1つの調量部分(2)と、調量管路(8)に続くノズルボディ(7)とが設けられており、該ノズルボディ(7)が、少なくとも1つの噴射開口を有しており、該噴射開口が、調量室に開口している形式のものにおいて、
前記調量装置(1)が、メッシュ状に網状結合された金網から成る少なくとも1つの加熱エレメント(4)を有しており、該加熱エレメント(4)によって燃料に熱が供給されるようになっており、調量管路(8)と調量部分(2)とが、アダプタ(6)によってハイドロリック的に密にかつ解離可能に接合されており、加熱エレメント(4)が、ノズルボディ(7)内にかつ/または調量管路(8)内にかつ/またはアダプタ(6)内にかつ/または調量部分(2)内にまたは調量部分(2)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、調量装置。 - アダプタ(6)が、空気供給部(9)を有しており、該空気供給部(9)が、アダプタ(6)内で調量管路(8)に接続されている、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- 加熱エレメント(4)が、電気的に運転されるかもしくは加熱されるようになっている、請求項1または2記載の調量装置。
- 加熱エレメント(4)が、調量管路(8)の少なくとも一部および/またはアダプタ(6)の少なくとも一部および/または調量部分(2)の少なくとも一部および/またはノズルボディ(7)に熱を供給するようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 加熱エレメント(4)が、特にプラスチック、浸漬樹脂またはセラミックスから成る固定エレメント(3)によって位置固定されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 加熱エレメント(4)および/または固定エレメント(3)が、特に耐熱性のプラスチックまたはセラミックスから成る断熱層(12)によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 加熱エレメント(4)の加熱出力が、調整器によって、特に調量室内の温度に基づき調整されるようになっているかまたは別の運転パラメータに基づき制御されるかまたは調整されるようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 調量部分(2)が、燃料噴射弁として位置固定エレメント(10)によってアダプタ(6)に解離可能に結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 燃料噴射弁が低圧燃料噴射弁であり、該低圧燃料噴射弁が、最大10barの燃料圧で作業するようになっている、請求項8記載の調量装置。
