Description
本発明は、主請求項の上位概念部に記載された形式の調量装置から出発する。
これに対して、本発明による、主請求項の特徴部に記載された特徴を備えた調量装置が有する利点は、燃料もしくは燃料・ガス・混合物の噴霧および配分が大幅に改善される点にある。特に、燃焼室もしくは配量室内の燃料クラウドもしくは燃料・ガス・混合物クラウドの広がり速度、渦流形成および幾何学的な形状は有利に規定されることができる。これにより、例えばコールドスタート期が大幅に短縮されることができ、既にコールドスタート期中に、後燃焼装置もしくは化学的な改質器の効率が著しく向上されることができる。その際、有害物質エミッションは大幅に減じられている。さらに、本発明による調量装置により、調量装置を極めて簡単に、確実に、ひいては安価に製作することが可能である。さらに、大量生産された規格化された構成部分が使用されることができる。
本発明による実施例を図面に簡単に示し、以下の説明で詳細に述べる。

以下に、本発明の実施例について例示的に説明する。調量装置の、図示された実施例は特に、液体の燃料と空気とを、化学的な改質器の中空円筒内にまたは後燃焼装置内に、60°よりも小さな噴霧角でもって調量して準備するために適している。
Claims (18)
- 液体の燃料のための調量装置(1)であって、当該調量装置(1)が、水素を得るための化学的な改質器内にまたは熱を発生させるための後燃焼装置内に供給するための調量装置(1)であり、燃料を配量管路(8)内に配量するための少なくとも1つの配量装置(2)と、配量管路(8)に接続する1つのノズルボディ(7)とが設けられており、該ノズルボディ(7)が、少なくとも1つの噴射開口(14)を有しており、該噴射開口(14)が配量室に開口している
形式のものにおいて、
ノズルボディ(7)が下流に、噴射側に配置された渦流インサート(24)を備えた支持エレメント(15)を有しており、渦流インサート(24)に、少なくとも1つの噴射開口(14)が配置されている
ことを特徴とする調量装置。 - ノズルボディ(7)が支持エレメント(15)の上流に、管形の供給管(17)を有しており、該供給管(17)が下流で、管形の支持エレメント(15)に液圧的に密に溶接されている、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- 渦流インサート(16)が支持エレメント(15)に液圧的に密に接合されている、請求項1または2記載の調量装置。
- 渦流インサート(24)が少なくとも、少なくとも1つの噴射開口(14)を備えた1つの座エレメント(4)と、該座エレメント(4)の上流に配置された1つの渦流エレメント(16)とを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)がディスク形である、請求項4記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)が、貫通した開口(25)を有している、請求項4または5記載の調量装置。
- 開口(25)が少なくとも部分的にインサート(28)により閉鎖されている、請求項6記載の調量装置。
- インサート(28)が渦流エレメント(16)に溶接により結合されている、請求項7記載の調量装置。
- 開口(25)が、流動方向を指し示す方向成分を備えた開口長手方向軸線(26)を有している、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)が、少なくとも1つの渦流通路(12)を有しており、該渦流通路(12)が、開口長手方向軸線(26)に対して位置する半径方向の方向成分と接線方向の方向成分とを有している、請求項9記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)が溶接により座エレメント(4)に結合されている、請求項4から10までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)と座エレメント(4)との間に、中間エレメント(22)が配置されている、請求項4から11までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流エレメント(16)が支持エレメント(15)の内壁から間隔(27)を置いて配置されている、請求項4から12までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 配量管路(8)と配量装置(2)とがアダプタ(6)により液圧的に密にかつ解離可能に接合されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- アダプタ(6)が空気供給部(9)を有しており、該空気供給部(9)がアダプタ(6)内で配量管路(8)と連通している、請求項14記載の調量装置。
- 配量装置(2)が燃料噴射弁である、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 燃料噴射弁が、10バールまでの燃料圧で作業する低圧燃料噴射弁である、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 配量管路(8)がその軸方向の経過中に、少なくとも1つの、壁厚を減じた箇所または壁厚を減じた領域を有している、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
