Abstract
Description
本発明は、主請求項の上位概念部に記載された形式の調量装置から出発する。
これに対して、本発明による、主請求項の特徴部に記載された特徴を備えた調量装置が有する利点は、球状に配量室内に突入するノズルボディにより、かつ球状に配量室内に突入するノズルボディに複数の噴射開口を適当に設けることにより、噴射される燃料もしくは燃料クラウドの幾何学形状が、配量室内に支配する所与状態と、これにより与えられる条件とに、極めて良好に適合され得る点にある。特に、中空円筒状の内面および球状の凹部を均等に燃料で湿潤することが可能である。
本発明の実施例を図面に簡単に示し、以下の説明で詳しく述べる。

Claims (18)
- 液体の燃料のための調量装置(1)、特に水素を得るための化学的な改質器内に供給するための調量装置(1)であって、燃料を配量管路(12)内に配量するための少なくとも1つの配量装置(2)と、配量管路(12)に接続する1つのノズルボディ(7)とが設けられており、該ノズルボディ(7)が噴射開口(6)を有しており、該噴射開口(6)が配量室(10)に開口している
形式のものにおいて、
ノズルボディ(7)が噴射側で、球状の部分(13)でもって配量室(10)内に突入しており、ノズルボディ(7)の、球状の部分(13)にわたって、複数の噴射開口(6)が分配されている
ことを特徴とする調量装置。 - ノズルボディ(7)が配量管路(12)側の端部で中空円筒形である、請求項1記載の調量装置。
- ノズルボディ(7)が配量管路(12)に密に螺合または溶接、特にレーザ溶接されている、請求項1または2記載の調量装置。
- 複数の噴射開口(6)が、異なる直径を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 複数の噴射開口(6)の中心軸線(14)が、1つの共通の交点(11)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 共通の交点(11)がノズルボディ(7)の中心軸線(15)上に位置する、請求項5記載の調量装置。
- 複数の噴射開口(6)の位置がノズルボディ(7)の中心軸線(15)に関して非対称である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 複数の噴射開口(6)の中心軸線(14)の傾きがノズルボディ(7)の中心軸線(15)に関して非対称である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- ノズルボディ(7)の、球状の部分(13)の壁厚が、ノズルボディ(7)の、その他の部分の壁厚よりも僅かである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 配量装置(2)が燃料噴射弁である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 燃料噴射弁が、10バールまでの燃料圧で作業する低圧燃料噴射弁である、請求項10記載の調量装置。
- 配量管路(12)が、その軸方向の経過中に、少なくとも1つの、壁厚を減じた箇所または壁厚を減じた領域を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- ノズルボディ(7)が、渦流通路(17)を備えた渦流インサート(16)を有しており、該渦流インサート(16)が燃料もしくは燃料・ガス・混合物に円運動を加える、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流インサート(16)の形状がノズルボディ(7)の内側幾何学形状に実質的に相当する、請求項13記載の調量装置。
- 渦流インサート(16)がノズルボディ(7)内で、ノズルボディ(7)の内壁に対して間隔(19)を置いて配置されている、請求項13または14記載の調量装置。
- 渦流インサート(16)が、複数の渦流通路(17)を有している、請求項13から15までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
- 渦流通路(17)が平行に延びているか、または交差している、請求項16記載の調量装置。
- 調量装置(1)が空気供給部(9)を有しており、該空気供給部(9)により、空気またはその他のガスが配量管路(12)内に送給されることができる、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の調量装置。
