Claims (11)
- 無段変速機であって、該無段変速機において連続可変トロイダル駆動機構は入力シャフト(5)と出力シャフト(6)との間の伝達路内に配置されており、前記トロイダル駆動機構は少なくとも、
(a) 1つの駆動トロイダルディスク(11、12)と、
(b) 1つの被駆動トロイダルディスク(16、17)と、
(c) 1つのローラ(13、15)であって、前記駆動トロイダルディスク(11、12)と前記被駆動トロイダルディスク(16、17)との間に圧力をかけて張られており、これを用いて前記駆動トロイダルディスク(11、12)と前記被駆動トロイダルディスク(16、17)との間の駆動トルクの伝達が連続的に変化する伝達比で行われるローラ、とを有し、
(d) 少なくとも1つのトロイダルディスク(11)は軸52−52に沿って軸方向に移動自在となるよう取り付けられており、
(e) 前記移動自在なトロイダルディスク(11)は、油圧ピストンによる圧力の少なくとも一部の作用を受けることが可能であり、油圧が少なくとも1つのピストン表面上に作用し、
(f) 前記油圧は、調節すべり弁(145)の調節圧力である、無段変速機。 - 作業圧力(140)及び制御圧力(144)が前記調節すべり弁(145)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記制御圧力(144)は、ソレノイド調節弁(142)によって提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記調節すべり弁(145)は2つの制御端部を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の無段変速機。
- ばね装置(ばね132、ばね133)は、前記油圧との並列又は直列に接続されて、前記無段変速機の少なくとも部分的操作範囲に前記圧力の少なくとも一部を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記油圧は前記トロイダルディスク(11)に直接作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
- 圧力空間(123)は、前記移動自在なピストンを形成する前記トロイダルディスク(11)を用いて、及び中間キャリヤ(111)の作業シリンダ(117)を用いて形成され、前記圧力空間(123)は前記油圧によって作用することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記中間キャリヤ(111)は、前記軸52−52に関して軸方向に移動不能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記中間キャリヤ(111)は、ばね(133)の作用の下に前記軸(52−52)に関して軸方向に移動自在に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記圧力の一部を加えるばね(132)は、前記圧力空間(123)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7、8あるいは9に記載の無段変速機。
- 前記油圧は、前記調節すべり弁(145)の前記調節スライドにフィードバックされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機。
