Claims (4)

  1. オキシランの接触カルボニル化によるラクトンの製造方法において、触媒として、
    a) 成分Aとして少なくとも1種のコバルト化合物及び
    b) 成分Bとして一般式(I)
    MXn−x (I)
    [式中、
    Mは、Al、Mg又はZnを表し、
    Rは、水素又はC〜C32−アルキル、C〜C20−アルケニル、C〜C20−シクロアルキル、C〜C18−アリール、C〜C20−アラルキル又はC〜C20−アルカリールを表し、その際、Mと結合した炭素原子以外の炭素原子に置換基が存在することができ、
    Xは、Cl、Br、I、スルホナート、酸化物、C〜C32−アルコキシド又はアミドを表し、
    nは、Mの原子価に相当する数を表し、
    xは、0〜nの範囲内の数を表し、
    その際、n及びxは、電荷中性が生じるように選択される]の少なくとも1種の金属化合物
    からなる触媒系を使用することを特徴とする、オキシランの接触カルボニル化によるラクトンの製造方法。
  2. 反応条件下で、コバルトカルボニル化合物が存在するように成分Aを選択することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
  3. 成分BはAlCl3−xであり、xは0〜3の数であり、RはC〜C−アルキルであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
  4. Al(C/Co(acac)の組み合わせを除く、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の触媒。
