Abstract
【手段】木ねじは、先端部6を先窄まりに形成した軸1と、軸の基端に一体に設けた頭2とを備えており、軸1には、先端ふ6から立ち上がった第1ねじ山3と第2ねじ山4とが形成されている。第1ねじ山3は全体にわたって同じ高さであり、第2ねじ山4は長手方向の中途部を境にして高さが高くなっている。このため、2条のねじ山3,4で構成されるねじ部は、先端側に位置した同高部と頭側に位置した異高部8とに分離している。同高部7の存在によってねじ込み抵抗が小さく、異高部8の存在によって高い締結強度を確保できる。

Description
図1〜図3では第1実施形態を示している。図1のうち(A)は横向きにした状態での正面図、(B)は右側面図、図2は一部破断部分正面図、図3は使用状態を示す図である。木ねじは、軸1とその基端に一体に設けた頭2とを備えており、軸1には第1ねじ山3と第2ねじ山4との2条のねじ山が形成されている。頭2は座面が外向き凹状に湾曲したラッパ形になっており、頂面にはドライバ係合手段の一例としての十字穴5が形成されている。
図4では第2実施形態を示している。この実施形態は、基本的には第1実施形態と同様でねじ部は同高部7と異高部8とを備えており、第1実施形態との相違点は、同高部7及び異高部8において谷径が同じになっている点である。
本願発明は上記の実施形態の他にも様々に具体化することができる。例えば頭の形はラッパ形状には限らず、鍋頭や皿頭、六角頭など様々の形を採用できる。また、ねじ山は必ずしも頭の近傍まで延びている必要はなく、ねじ山の終端と頭との間に適宜長さのねじ無し部が存在しても良いのである。

Claims (2)
- 先端部を先窄まりに形成すると共に最先端を尖り先にしている軸と、この軸の基端に設けた頭とを備えており、前記軸に、平行に延びる2条のねじ山を、それぞれ軸の先端部から立ち上がって頭の側に延びるように形成している木ねじであって、
前記両ねじ山のうち一方のねじ山は、長手方向に沿った途中の境界部を挟んで先端部寄りのエリアでは高さが低くて頭寄りのエリアでは高さが高くなるように形成されている一方、他方のねじ山は、略全長が一方のねじ山の低い部分と略同じ高さに設定されており、このため、2条のねじ山から成るねじ部は、両ねじ山の高さが同じ程度になっている同高部と、一方のねじ山の高さは高くて他方のねじ山の高さは低くなっている異高部とに分離しており、同高部が軸の先端側に位置して異高部が頭側に位置している、
