Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂中に架橋エラストマーを微細分散させてなる熱可塑性エラストマーを、半径方向内側のビード部32と半径方向外側のサイドウォール部31とを互いに連通するように形成した円盤状モールド20に注入後、円盤状モールド20を熱可塑性樹脂の溶融温度以上に加熱しつつ回転させながら、前記架橋エラストマーの分散密度が前記ビード部32とサイドウォール部31とで異なる傾斜状態が形成された時点で冷却固化することを特徴とする。

Description
タイヤサイドケーシングは、サイドウォール部とビード部とからなり、サイドウォール部は、タイヤ回転に際しての圧縮・復元運動をスムースに行えるようにするために柔軟であるのがよく、また、ビード部はリムへの座りをよくするために硬いのがよい。

Claims (5)
- 半径方向内側のビード部と半径方向外側のサイドウォール部とが熱可塑性樹脂中に架橋エラストマーを微細分散させた熱可塑性エラストマーから一体に形成されたタイヤサイドケーシングであり、前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、前記ビード部において前記熱可塑性樹脂をリッチにすると共に、前記サイドウォール部において前記架橋エラストマーをリッチにし、かつ前記ビード部とサイドウォール部の中間で前記架橋エラストマーの分散密度を前記ビード部からサイドウォール部にかけて連続的に増加させた傾斜状態にしたタイヤサイドケーシング。
- 前記架橋エラストマーの粒子径が5μm以下である請求項1記載のタイヤサイドケーシング。
- 熱可塑性樹脂中に架橋エラストマーを微細分散させてなる熱可塑性エラストマーを、半径方向内側のビード部と半径方向外側のサイドウォール部とを互いに連通するように形成した円盤状モールドに注入後、該円盤状モールドを熱可塑性樹脂の溶融温度以上に加熱しつつ回転させながら、前記架橋エラストマーの分散密度が前記ビード部とサイドウォール部とで異なる傾斜状態が形成された時点で冷却固化するタイヤサイドケーシングの製造方法。
- 前記溶融温度が150℃〜260℃である請求項3記載のタイヤサイドケーシングの製造方法。
- 前記架橋エラストマーの粒子径が5μm以下である請求項3又は4記載のタイヤサイドケーシングの製造方法。
