Claims (15)
- セパレータおよび前記セパレータの両面に配置される正極と負極とを含む電極群と;
前記電極群が内蔵され,少なくとも一つの開放端を有するケースと;
前記ケースの前記開放端に設けられ,周縁は前記ケース側へ傾く傾斜面を有し,前記傾斜面の最外郭端は前記ケースの前記開放端に付着されるキャッププレートと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートの終端は,前記開放端の表面の内周と外周との間に位置することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの終端は,前記開放端の表面の中央に位置することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートの終端は,前記開放端の表面に溶接によって付着されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記溶接はレーザビームを照射して行われることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記レーザビームは,前記開放端の表面に垂直方向に照射されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャッププレートは,前記傾斜面の反対側の面が前記ケースに接するように位置することを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモーターを駆動するための電源として利用されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 電極群と,前記電極群が内蔵され,少なくとも一つの開放端を有するケースと,前記開放端と結合するキャッププレートとを含む二次電池の製造方法であって:
前記開放端を通して,前記ケースの内側に電極群を配置するステップと;
前記キャッププレートの周縁を前記ケースの前記開放端の表面に位置するように設けるステップと;
前記キャッププレートの前記終端を,溶接によって前記ケースの開放端の表面に付着するステップと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記キャッププレートの前記終端は,前記開放端の表面の内周と外周との間に位置することを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記キャッププレートの前記終端は,前記開放端の表面の中央に位置することを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記溶接はレーザビームを照射して行われることを特徴とする,請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記レーザビームは前記開放端の表面に垂直方向に照射されることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記二次電池はモーターを駆動するための電源として利用されることを特徴とする,請求項9〜13のいずれかに記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- セパレータと,前記セパレータの両面に配置される正極と負極を含む電極群と;
前記電極群が内蔵され,少なくとも一つの開放端を有するケースと;
前記ケースの前記開放端に設けられ,周縁はケース側へ傾く傾斜面を有しながら,その傾斜面の外側先端は前記ケースの開放端の表面に付着されるキャッププレートと;
を含み,
前記傾斜面と前記キャッププレートとの間の角度θが
0<θ<90°
を満足することを特徴とする,二次電池。
