Abstract

Claims (8)
- 第1構造部品から突出して第2構造部品の開口部を通り自立型端部に頭部を有する構成をもつピンの頭部の下の周りに達するように設計された挿入用開口部を有するU字形保持領域を含む、2つの構造部品を接合するためのクリップであって、
構造部品を支持するように設計された保持板(2)を有し、中央にはトラフ状の凹み(5)を有し、前記トラフ状の凹み(5)の中央には凹部(6)を有して、その中に前記U字形保持領域(12)が形成され、くぼんだ状態に配置されたことを特徴とするクリップ。 - ビード状隆起部(17)が、前記保持板(2)の上面の前記トラフ状の凹み(5)の縁部において、前記保持領域(12)の前記挿入用開口部(11)に隣接して設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記保持板(2)の両側に、組立て方向に対して横方向に延びる縁凹部(19)を有し、ここに前記凹みの縁部から外向きに延びる弾性保持フィンガ(20)が形成され、該フィンが端部は前記保持板(2)の下面(8)を越えて下方に突出することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のクリップ。
- 前記トラフ状の凹み(5)を取り囲む前記保持板(2)の縁領域(18)が、半径方向外向きに斜めに傾斜して成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載のクリップ。
- 弾性ロック・フィンガ(21)を有し、その自由端が、ピン(34)を前記U字形保持領域(12)に導入するときに、頭部(35)がその入口経路から押し出されることができるように前記U字形保持領域(12)の前記挿入用開口部(11)の中に突出し、前記頭部(35)を、前記ロック・フィンガ(21)により、前記U字形保持領域(12)における入口位置内にしっかりと保持することができることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のクリップ。
- 表面から突出して、自立型端部に頭部をもつピンを有する第1構造部品と、ピンが通るための開口部をもつ、板状で厚さが前記ピンの長さよりも薄い第2構造部品とを含み、前記挿入用開口部を有する前記U字形保持領域が前記ピンの頭部の下の周りに達することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のクリップをもつ締結システム。
- 前記ピンが、前記第1構造部品(23)に溶接されるT字形ボルト(24)とすることができることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の締結システム。
- ロック要素(37)を用いて第3構造部品(31)に接合することができ、前記クリップ(1)を用いて第2構造部品(38)を締結するように働く、一体的に形成されたピン(34)を有する合成材料の締結要素(30)として設計された第1構造部品を特徴とする請求項6に記載の締結システム。
