エンジンの状態を示す信号ICESを生成するのに動作可能である、内燃機関エンジンICEの物理的な状態の測定/評価のためのインタフェース・モジュール36と、
対応する信号EGMCSを生成するのに動作可能である、電気機械EGMのクラッチC2(ここで提供された)の状態のコンポーネントの測定/評価のためのインタフェース・モジュール38と、
対応する信号ICECSを生成するのに動作可能である、熱機関ICEのクラッチC1の状態のコンポーネントの測定/評価のためのインタフェース・モジュール40と、
変速装置(トランスミッション比)の状態を示す信号GSを生成するのに動作可能である、変速装置状態コンポーネントの測定のためのインタフェース・モジュール42と、
車両の状態(測定又は評価による)、例えば、操縦状態、道路の傾斜、縦方向の速度、縦方向の/横の加速を検出するのに動作可能であり、対応する信号VSを出すのに動作可能であるインタフェース・モジュール44と、
ブレーキ制御システム(ABS)、アンチスリップシステム(ASR)及び安定システム(ESP)のような車両車輪に作用する搭載された補助の(supplementary)制御システムと相互作用する(interface)ためのインタフェース・モジュール46であって、駆動輪の状態を示す信号WSRを出すのに動作可能であるインタフェース・モジュール46と、を含む。

Claims (16)
- エンジン(ICE)が可変駆動トルクを伝達するようにエンジン(ICE)を制御するのに動作可能な第一の制御手段(12)と連関した少なくとも一つのエンジン(ICE)と、
選択されたトランスミッション比の係合及び非係合を達成するように、変速装置(G)及びクラッチ(C1)を制御するのに動作可能な第二の制御手段(14)と連関した少なくとも一つのサーボ制御されたクラッチ(C1)によってエンジン(ICE)の駆動軸に連結可能である、サーボ支援タイプの変速装置(G)と、を備える自動車用の伝動装置制御システムであって、
前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)は、自動車の運転者によって与えられたコマンドを示す信号又はデータと、エンジン(ICE)及び変速装置(G)の状態の所定のパラメータと、の機能として自動走行制御手順を行なうために配置されていて、
運転者によって与えられたコマンドを示す、状態パラメータを示す、前記第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)及び/又は車両の補助の搭載された走行/駆動制御システムの可能性のある要求を示す、前記信号又はデータの機能として車両の駆動輪に加えられるパワーを所定の方法で決定するために、
駆動輪に加えられるパワーの所定値、前記状態パラメータ、及び前記第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)及び/又は前記の走行/駆動制御システムからの要求の機能として、変速装置(G)で選択されるトランスミッション比、変速装置(G)のクラッチ(C1)によって伝達可能なトルク、及び変速装置(G)の各動作状態に対するエンジン駆動軸で必要とされるトルクを計算するために、
エンジン駆動軸で伝達されるトルク、クラッチ(C1)によって伝達可能なトルク、及び前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)に要求されるトランスミッション比をそれぞれ示す信号又はデータを送出するために配置された、前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)を管理及び指揮するための車両伝動装置管理の処理手段(10)を含んでいることを特徴とする、自動車用の伝動装置制御システム。 - 前記の第一の制御手段(12)は、エンジン制御ロジック・モジュール(22)と、エンジン(ICE)へのコマンドの動作のための少なくとも一つのモジュール(22a)と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記の第二の制御手段(14)は、変速装置(G)を制御するためのロジック・モジュール(24)と、クラッチ(C1)を操作してトランスミッション比を選択するためのモジュールと、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記のエンジン制御ロジック・モジュール(22)及び変速装置制御論理モジュール(24)は、単一の電子制御装置に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項2及び3に記載のシステム。
- エンジン(ICE)に連結された補助のトルク送出手段(EGM)を含み、前記のエンジン制御ロジック・モジュール(22)は、原動機(ICE)用の第一のコマンド・アクチュエータ・モジュール(22a)と、補助のトルク配送手段(EGM)用の第二のコマンド・アクチュエータ・モジュール(22b)とに対して、それぞれトルクを伝達するための要求を分配するために配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記原動機は内燃機関エンジン(ICE)を備え、前記補助トルク伝達手段は電気機械(EGM)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記電気機械(EGM)は、内燃機関エンジン(ICE)と変速装置(G)との間に配置され、第二のクラッチ(C2)によって変速装置(G)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記電気機械(EGM)は、伝動ベルトによって内燃機関エンジン(ICE)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記電気機械(EGM)は、熱機関によって駆動されない車輪に作用するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記電気機械は、ジェネレーターとして及び電動機として作動するように適応された、可逆的な電気機械であることを特徴とする、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 機内に取り付けられた前記の補助の走行/駆動の制御システムは、ABSシステムと、ASRシステムと、ESPシステムと、VDCシステムとを備えるセットに属する少なくとも一つのシステムを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記状態パラメータは、
エンジンシャフトによって伝達された正味のトルクと、
変速装置入力軸及び/又は変速装置出力軸のエンジンシャフトの角速度と、
係合しているトランスミッション比と、
クラッチの状態及びクラッチ(C1; C2)によって伝達可能な正味トルクの状態と、
達成された急に動くことと、
縦方向の速度及び/又は車両の加速と、
車両の横方向の加速度と、
道路の傾斜と、
バッテリ状態と、
必要とされた電力と、を備えるセットに属するパラメータの少なくとも一つを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記の指揮及び管理の処理手段(10)が、ブレーキ操作の制御及び動作のために設けられた搭載システムに接続されていて、
運転者によって与えられたコマンドと、前記状態パラメータと、前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)の可能性のある要求及び/又は搭載された車両の走行/駆動制御システムの可能性のある要求と、を示す信号又はデータの機能として、制動力を所定のやり方で決定するために、及び
車両ブレーキシステムに対して決定した制動力を示す信号又はデータをそれぞれ送出するために配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記の指揮及び管理の処理手段(10)は、操舵操作を制御し且つ行うために配置された搭載システムに接続されて、
運転者によって与えられたコマンドと、前記状態パラメータと、前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)の可能性のある要求及び/又は搭載された車両の走行/駆動制御システムの可能性のある要求と、を示す信号又はデータの機能として、操舵動作を所定のやり方で決定するために、及び
前記車両操舵装置に対して決定した操舵動作を示す信号又はデータをそれぞれ送出するために配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記状態パラメータを検出するのに動作可能であり、前記の指揮及び管理の処理手段(10)の入力部に接続された複数のインタフェース・モジュール(30、46)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 前記の指揮及び管理の処理手段(10)に連関された、メモリ手段と計算手段とを含んでいて、
そこには、運転者によって与えられた所定のコマンドの大きさと、所定の状態パラメータと、前記の第一及び第二の制御手段(12,14)の可能性のある要求及び/又は補助の搭載された走行/駆動制御システムの可能性のある要求と、の機能として駆動輪に加えられるパワーを規定することができるデータが蓄えられ、
指揮及び管理の手段(10)は、前記メモリ手段に蓄えられたデータに基づいて駆動輪に加えられるパワーを決定するために配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステム。
