Abstract
【解決手段】 チューブ6を円筒でなく扁平筒状にしたため、高温となるチューブ6の外表面積が拡大し、チューブ6の外表面とエアーEとの接触による熱交換効率が向上し、熱交換本体4全体の熱交換効率が向上する。平坦部をチューブ6で形成し、応力が集中的に加わる屈曲部をパネル5で形成したため、熱交換本体4全体の強度低下を防ぐことができる。パネル5の少なくとも一部にスリット開口8、9を形成したため、エアーEがスリット開口8、9から他側のエアー通路7に入り、更なる乱流を形成するため、熱交換本体4の熱交換効率が向上する。

Claims (9)
- 一対のタンク(2、3)間に、屈曲部(5)と平坦部(6)が幅方向で交互に連続し且つ長手方向で同一形状が連続した波形状の熱交換本体(4)を、熱交換本体(4)の幅方向をエアー流れ方向(A)に合致させた状態で設けると共に、少なくとも一部の熱交換本体(4)の一部又は全部が熱交換媒体を通過させる筒状のチューブ(6)で形成された熱交換器であって、
前記チューブ(6)が扁平筒状であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器であって、
平坦部がチューブ(6)で形成され、屈曲部がパネル(5)で形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2記載の熱交換器であって、
パネル(5)の少なくとも一部に、長手方向に沿うスリット開口(8,9)が形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3記載の熱交換器であって、
スリット開口(8,9)内にルーバー(8a,9a)を一体的に形成したことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項3又は請求項4記載の熱交換器であって、
スリット開口(8,9)がパネル(5)の頂点を挟んだ上流側及び下流側にそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器であって、
チューブ(10,15)の対向する内壁同士がリブ(11,16)にて連結されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器であって、
隣接する熱交換本体(12)の向きを逆にしたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器であって、
熱交換本体(18)のエアー流れ方向(A)の上流側端部に、隣接する熱交換本体(18)間のエアー通路(A)側へ突出するフィン(21)を所定間隔ごとに対向状態で形成したことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器であって、
チューブ(20)の外表面に、エアー流れ方向(A)に沿う凸部(22)又は凹部を、長手方向に複数形成したことを特徴とする熱交換器。
