Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物aを熱分解して分解ガスG1と熱分解残渣bとを生成する第一の工程と、前記分解ガスg1と前記熱分解残渣bとを分離した後、前記熱分解残渣bを冷却する第二の工程と、該冷却された熱分解残渣bを不燃物質cと燃焼物質dとに分離する第三の工程と、前記燃焼物質dを低酸素雰囲気中に所定時間滞留させる第四の工程と、前記燃焼物質dを貯蔵タンク12内に導入して貯蔵するようにした廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵方法。

Description
かかる構成の混和槽11において、先ず、真空排気ユニット16につながるラインL5に設けた開閉弁15を「開」とし、他の開閉弁17、20、21、および23を「閉」として後、この真空排気ユニット16を作動させて、混和槽11に真空を作用させて脱気する。
このようにして、混和槽11内に不活性ガスを充満した低酸素雰囲気が形成された後、開閉弁20を「開」にするとともに、ロータリーバルブ18を作動させて所定量の燃焼物質dをこの混和槽11内に導入する。

Claims (6)
- 廃棄物を熱分解して分解ガスと熱分解残渣とを生成する第一の工程と、前記分解ガスと前記熱分解残渣とを分離した後、前記熱分解残渣を冷却する第二の工程と、該冷却された熱分解残渣を不燃物質と燃焼物質とに分離する第三の工程と、前記燃焼物質を低酸素雰囲気中に所定時間滞留させる第四の工程と、前記燃焼物質を貯蔵タンク内に導入して貯蔵するようにしたことを特徴とする廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵方法。
- 脱気して低酸素雰囲気を形成してなる請求項1に記載の廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵方法。
- 脱気したのち不活性ガスを供給して低酸素雰囲気を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1および2に記載の廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵方法。
- 貯蔵タンク内の温度が所定の温度より高くなった場合、前記貯蔵タンク内に不活性ガスを注入するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載の廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵方法。
- 廃棄物を低酸素雰囲気で加熱して分解ガスと熱分解残渣とを生成する熱分解炉と、前記熱分解残渣を冷却する冷却器と、該冷却された熱分解残渣を不燃物質と燃焼物質とに分離する分離装置と、内部が低酸素雰囲気に形成され、かつ前記燃焼物質を所定時間滞留させる混和槽と、貯蔵タンクとよりなることを特徴とする廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵装置。
- 混和槽を耐圧殻で構成すると共に該混和槽を真空排気ユニットに連通させたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の廃棄物からの燃焼物質の回収、貯蔵装置。
