Abstract
【解決手段】 暖房端末の流体入口温度、流体出口温度及び暖房端末を設置した部屋の室温から算出される温度効率に基づいて、循環ポンプの循環量を制御する。

ここで、Kは温水から空気までの熱通過率、Apは床暖房パネルの表面積、αは床暖房の上面放熱率、Mは温水循環量、Cpは水比熱、ρは水密度である。
また、温水側の温度効率εは、以下で表せる。
ε = (Tin Tout) / (Tin Tr)
=1 exp(-NTU) ………(2)
ここで、Tinは床暖房パネルの流体入口温度、Toutは床暖房パネルの流体出口温度、Trは室温である。
圧縮機と、その圧縮機により圧縮された冷媒と流体との熱交換を行う熱交換器と、熱交換された冷媒を減圧する減圧装置と、減圧された冷媒と空気との熱交換を行う蒸発器とが、冷媒管路で接続されたヒートポンプ冷媒回路と、
前記熱交換器と、前記熱交換器で加熱された流体が流入する流体入口とその流体が流出する流体出口を有してその流体の熱を放熱する暖房端末と、前記流体出口から流出した前記流体を前記熱交換器に送る循環ポンプとが、管路で接続された暖房回路と、
前記ヒートポンプ冷媒回路と暖房回路の機器を運転制御する制御手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段は、暖房運転安定後、前記暖房端末の流体入口温度及び流体出口温度、室温に基づいて、前記循環ポンプを制御することを特徴とする。
また、
圧縮機と、その圧縮機により圧縮された冷媒と流体との熱交換を行う熱交換器と、熱交換された冷媒を減圧する減圧装置と、減圧された冷媒と空気との熱交換を行う蒸発器とが、冷媒管路で接続されたヒートポンプ冷媒回路と、
暖房端末内に流れる前記流体の出口である伝熱管出口と入口である伝熱管入口とに各々接続される温水配管入口と温水配管出口とを有し、前記暖房端末を接続することによって当該暖房端末と前記熱交換器とで暖房回路を形成することができる温水配管と、
前記暖房回路内に配設され、前記流体を前記暖房回路内で循環させる循環ポンプと、
前記熱交換器の加熱能力を制御するために各センサの出力および設定された値に基づいて前記圧縮機の回転数を制御すると共に、暖房運転安定後、前記暖房端末へ流入する流体の温度および前記暖房端末から流出する流体の温度、室温とに基づいて前記循環ポンプを制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮機と、その圧縮機により圧縮された冷媒と流体との熱交換を行う熱交換器と、熱交換された冷媒を減圧する減圧装置と、減圧された冷媒と空気との熱交換を行う蒸発器とが、冷媒管路で接続されたヒートポンプ冷媒回路と、
前記流体を前記熱交換器に送る循環ポンプと、前記水冷媒熱交換器で加熱された流体が流入する流体入口とその流体が流出する流体出口を有してその流体の熱を放熱する暖房端末とが、管路で接続された暖房回路と、
前記ヒートポンプ冷媒回路と暖房回路の機器を運転制御する運転制御手段と、
前記暖房端末の流体入口温度及び流体出口温度に基づいて、前記循環ポンプを制御する循環量制御手段とを備えたヒートポンプ式暖房装置。 - 前記循環量制御手段は、前記暖房端末の流体入口温度と流体出口温度との差に基づいて前記循環ポンプを制御する請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式暖房装置。
- 前記循環量制御手段は、前記暖房端末の流体入口温度、流体出口温度及び前記暖房端末を設置した部屋の室温から前記循環ポンプを制御する請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式暖房装置。
- 前記暖房回路に循環量センサを備えた請求項1に記載のヒートポンプ式暖房装置。
- 前記暖房回路は複数の暖房端末を有し、前記循環量制御手段は前記暖房端末毎に、前記循環ポンプの循環量を変える請求項1乃至5に記載のヒートポンプ式暖房装置。
- 前記ヒートポンプ冷媒回路の冷媒を二酸化炭素とした請求項1乃至6に記載のヒートポンプ式暖房装置。
