Abstract
【解決手段】 カバー32内には、高電圧が印加される電力変換器が格納される。外部電力線のコネクタが組付けられるコネクタ組付部34は、カバー32の外部に設けられており、固定部材38によって車両本体40に固定されている。支持部材42は、ケース36によるコネクタ組付部34と電力変換器本体側との結合部とは異なるカバー32およびコネクタ組付部34の下面において、カバー32とコネクタ組付部34との間に架設される。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド自動車の概略構成図である。図1を参照して、このハイブリッド自動車10は、バッテリ12と、パワーコントロールユニット(Power Control Unit、以下「PCU」と称する。)14と、動力出力装置16と、前輪18R,18Lと、後輪20R,20Lとを備える。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態2におけるPCUの側面図であり、図6は、図5に示したPCUを下方から見たときの平面図である。図5,図6を参照して、このPCU14Aは、図2,図3に示した実施の形態1におけるPCT14の構成において、補強部材44をさらに備え、支持部材42に代えて支持部材42Aを備える。
Claims (6)
- 電力変換器と、
前記電力変換器を格納する筐体と、
前記筐体の外部に設けられ、前記電力変換器と電力を送受する外部電力線のコネクタが組付けられるコネクタ組付部と、
前記コネクタ組付部を車両本体に固定する固定部材と、
前記コネクタ組付部と前記筐体との結合部とは異なる部位において、前記コネクタ組付部と前記筐体との間に架設される支持部材とを備える電力変換装置。 - 前記コネクタ組付部と前記筐体との結合部は、前記筐体および前記コネクタ組付部が互いに対向する部分の第1の端部に設けられ、
前記支持部材は、前記対向部分において前記第1の端部と対向する第2の端部において、前記コネクタ組付部と前記筐体との間に架設される、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記筐体において前記コネクタ組付部と対向する部分を補強する補強部材をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記筐体において前記支持部材と係合する部分を補強する補強部材をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換器は、インバータを含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載した電力変換装置を車両前方のエンジンルームに搭載した車両。
