Abstract
【解決手段】 転炉型精錬炉内に高炭素溶鉄とフェロクロムとを装入し、該高炭素溶鉄及びフェロクロムに酸素による脱炭精錬を施して高クロム溶鋼を溶製する方法であって、脱炭精錬の初期に炉内に投入する昇熱用炭材として無煙炭を使用し、該無煙炭を投入する際の炉口からの排ガス線流速を標準状態換算で220m/min以下に調整する。この場合、無煙炭の投入速度を11kg/min・t以下とする、転炉型精錬炉として上吹ランスと底吹羽口とを備えた上底吹転炉を使用する、及び、無煙炭を投入する際の上吹ランスからの酸素供給速度を0.5〜1.8Nm3 /min・tとすることが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 転炉型精錬炉内に高炭素溶鉄とフェロクロムとを装入し、該高炭素溶鉄及びフェロクロムに酸素による脱炭精錬を施して高クロム溶鋼を溶製する方法であって、脱炭精錬の初期に炉内に投入する昇熱用炭材として無煙炭を使用し、該無煙炭を投入する際の炉口からの排ガス線流速を標準状態換算で220m/min以下に調整することを特徴とする、高クロム溶鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記無煙炭の投入速度を11kg/min・t以下とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高クロム溶鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記転炉型精錬炉は上吹ランスと底吹羽口とを備えた上底吹転炉であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の高クロム溶鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記無煙炭を投入する際の上吹ランスからの酸素供給速度を0.5〜1.8Nm3 /min・tとすることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高クロム溶鋼の溶製方法。
