Abstract
【解決手段】ジエン系ゴムにアルギン酸カルシウム粒子を配合したタイヤ用ゴム組成物であり、その配合量はジエン系ゴム100重量部に対して1〜20重量部であることが好ましい。また、アルギン酸カルシウム粒子の平均粒径は1〜200μmであることが好ましく、更に、アルギン酸カルシウム粒子とともに、種子の殻又は果実の核を粉砕してなる植物性粒状体を併用することが好ましい。
Description
・ブタジエンゴム:JSR製「BR01」
・アルギン酸カルシウム粒子:日清紡績製「フラビカファインS」(平均粒径=20μm、BET法による比表面積=1〜2m2/g)
・植物性粒状体:日本ウォルナット製「ソフトグリッド#46」(平均粒径300μmのクルミ殻粉末)
・フライポンタイト−シリカ複合体:水澤化学製「ミズカナイトHP」。
Claims (5)
- ジエン系ゴムにアルギン酸多価金属塩粒子を配合したことを特徴とするタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記アルギン酸多価金属塩粒子がアルギン酸カルシウム粒子である請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、前記アルギン酸多価金属塩粒子を1〜20重量部含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記アルギン酸多価金属塩粒子の平均粒径が1〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 種子の殻又は果実の核を粉砕してなる植物性粒状体を更に含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
