Abstract
【解決手段】 映像を投写するプロジェクタ1は、映像を投写するための光学系200を構成する光学素子の光源211と、プロジェクタ1を支持する三脚30と、光学素子の光源211に接続されると共に三脚30を固定する三脚固定部20とを有し、三脚30と三脚固定部20とは、熱伝導性の部材で構成される。

Description
(実施形態)
光学系200は、光源211と、コリメータレンズ214と、伸張レンズ215と、液晶ライトバルブ221と、投写レンズ231とを有して構成される。また、光源211は、発光源としてのLED光源212と、集光レンズ213とを有して構成される。
光学系200は、光源ユニット210と、ライトバルブユニット220と、投写レンズユニット230とから構成される。
回路構成部である回路ユニット60は、後述するプロジェクタ1の回路を構成する回路ブロック(図4に図示)に対して、各回路部を構成する素子を回路基板61に実装したものである。そして、回路ユニット60は、上ケース11の内面側の所定の位置に収容され固定される。
図4に示すように、プロジェクタ1は、アンテナ310と、信号経路切替部320と、チューナ部330と、画像復調部340と、画像処理部350と、LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)駆動部360と、音声復調部370と、音声処理部380と、音声増幅部390と、スピーカ400と、通信部410と、信号変換部420と、入力操作部430と、リモコン440の信号を受信するリモコン信号受信部450と、外部の電源アダプタ(図示省略)を構成する電源ジャック460と接続する電源コネクタ470と、LED制御部480と、光学系200とプロジェクタ1の全体を統括制御する制御部300とを有して構成される。
最初に、パソコンから送信される画像データ(静止画像データ及び動画像データ)及び音声データをプロジェクタ1が受信する場合の各部の動作を説明する。
(1)本実施形態によれば、プロジェクタ1は、三脚30と、三脚30を固定する三脚固定部20と、プロジェクタ本体2とが一体に構成されており、三脚固定部20は、光学素子を構成する光源211に接続され、かつ、三脚固定部20は、熱伝導性の部材であるアルミナセラミックで形成され、三脚30も熱伝導性の部材であるアルミニウム合金で形成されている。それにより、光源211で発生する熱を効率よく三脚固定部20に伝熱し、三脚固定部20に伝熱した熱を三脚30に伝熱させて、三脚30から外気に効率良く放熱することができる。これにより、伝熱効率及び放熱効率を向上させ、光源211の冷却効率を向上することができる。
Claims (5)
- 映像を投写するプロジェクタであって、
映像を投写するための光学系を構成する光学素子と、
前記プロジェクタを支持する三脚と、
前記光学素子と接続されると共に前記三脚を固定する三脚固定部とを有し、
前記三脚と前記三脚固定部とは、熱伝導性の部材で構成されることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロジェクタであって、
電波を送受信する回路構成部を更に有し、
前記光学素子を中心に、前記回路構成部と前記三脚固定部とが相対する位置に配設されることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロジェクタであって、
電波を送受信する回路構成部を更に有し、
前記三脚は、熱伝導性および電気導電性の部材で構成され、
前記三脚固定部は、熱伝導性および電気絶縁性の部材で構成され、
前記三脚の少なくとも一つと前記回路構成部とは電気導電性の接続部材により接続されることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプロジェクタであって、
前記光学素子を中心に、前記回路構成部と前記三脚固定部とが相対する位置に配設されることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のプロジェクタであって、
前記三脚固定部に接続される前記光学素子は、映像を投写するための光を射出する光源であることを特徴とするプロジェクタ。
