Claims (5)
- 被処理流体を供給するための複数の供給部と、該各供給部より供給される被処理流体を合流させる合流部と、該合流した合流流体を貯留するための貯留部とが設けられている流路を有したマイクロ化学チップにおいて、前記供給部に、前記被処理流体の前記合流部側への送液速度を制御するポンプ部が設けられていることを特徴とするマイクロ化学チップ。
- 前記ポンプ部が電気浸透流によって前記被処理流体の送液速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学チップ。
- 前記ポンプ部がポーラス状部材と該ポーラス状部材に対して前記被処理流体の送液方向上流側及び下流側に配置される少なくとも2個の電極とを含んでなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロ化学チップ。
- 前記ポーラス状部材が、前記被処理流体が供給される部位よりも上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマイクロ化学チップ。
- 前記ポンプ部が各供給部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のマイクロ化学チップ。
