物質の第1の成分を受け取るために前記膜の下に配置された第2の貯留槽と、
物質の第2の成分を受け取るための第2の流路と、
物質中の流れを促進するための第1の流体経路に連結した第1の流体源と、
を含むことを特徴とするミクロ流動システムにおけるミクロ作製された濾過システム。 - 基板と、
物質を運搬するための基板内の第1の流路と、
前記第1の流路に交差して物質の濾過された成分を受け取って運搬するための第2の流路と、
基板内で前記第2の流路に連結して形成された凹部と、
前記凹部の上に配置されて濾過チャンバを規定し、物質を濾過された成分と残留成分とに分離するための膜と、
前記膜の上に配置され、濃縮液チャンバを規定するキャップと、
物質の残留成分を受け取って運搬するための第3の流路と、
を含むことを特徴とするミクロ流動システムにおけるミクロ作製された濾過システム。
