Abstract
【解決手段】 インジェクタIを構成するバルブボデーB3の上端面の一部を掘り下げて、外形が概略円形をなす凹部81を形成し、凹部81に低圧通路35を開口させる一方、プレート部材B2の下端面には、凹部81の外周縁とほぼ重なるように環状溝82を形成する。これらプレート部材B2とバルブボデーB3を衝合すると、バルブボデーB3の外周縁部および密封面91、92と、プレート部材B2の平坦な面が密着するとともに、凹部81および環状溝82が連通して、高圧導入通路2および制御圧室51を所定の間隔で取り囲む小空間部が形成される。この小空間部により所定の面圧を確保し、また、リーク燃料通路として機能させることができる。

Claims (5)
- 複数のボデー部材を備え、隣合う2つのボデー部材を端面で密着させることにより燃料通路を連通させるようになした燃料噴射弁であって、上記2つのボデー部材の密着する端面のそれぞれについて、外周縁部および高圧燃料通路の開口周縁部を除く部位に凹部または溝部を設け、これら凹部または溝部を、上記2つのボデー部材の端面を密着させた時に、両端面に形成される凹部または溝部が互いに連通して、上記高圧燃料通路の開口を間隔をおいて取り囲む小空間部となるように構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 上記2つのボデー部材の端面に至る低圧燃料通路を上記凹部または溝部に開口させて、上記小空間部を燃料回収通路として機能させる請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 上記2つのボデー部材の端面に開口する複数の上記高圧燃料通路を有し、これら複数の上記高圧燃料通路がいずれも上記小空間部で取り囲まれるように構成した請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 上記高圧燃料通路は、噴射ノズル部に高圧燃料を供給するための高圧導入通路および上記噴射ノズル部を制御する制御圧燃料が流通する制御圧通路である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 上記2つのボデー部材の端面は、上記凹部または溝部、および燃料通路開口部を除く部位を密封面とし、対向する密封面どうしを密着させて両端面間を封止する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射弁。
