Abstract
【解決手段】 樹脂製のボディー本体32には、凹状連結部34の保持部40にガスケット38が嵌め込まれている。ガスケット38の挿入口42側に、ガイドサブワッシャー46と、Oリング48と、これらを拡大部44Aと保持部44Bに嵌め込んだ樹脂製のガイドワッシャー44を内挿する。ボディー本体32には段差部42Aが形成されており、ガイドワッシャー44と段差部42との当り面が超音波溶着される。このとき、ガイドワッシャ44とガイドサブワッシャー46の接合面44Cも超音波溶着されるが、樹脂が溶融して凹溝44Dにバリが発生しても、対向面44Fでせき止められ、保持部44Bにはバリが生じない。

Claims (4)
- 環状の切り欠き部が形成された樹脂製のガイド部材と樹脂製のサブガイド部材との接合面を超音波溶着することによって、シール部材が嵌まり込む溝部が前記サブガイド部材の接合面との間に形成される接合構造であって、
前記ガイド部材の前記サブガイド部材と対向する部位に、前記サブガイド部材の溶着溶け代が溶融して接合される接合面と、前記接合面に形成された凹溝と、前記凹溝の溝壁を切り下げて形成され前記サブガイド部材の接合面との間に間隙を形成する対向面と、前記対向面を切り下げて形成された前記切り欠き部と、を有し、前記接合面が超音波溶着されることを特徴とする接合構造。 - 流体が供給されるノーズ本体から突出した凸状流路部を有するノーズと、流体が排出されるボディー本体に前記凸状流路部が挿入される凹状連結部を有するボディーと、からなる管継手であって、
前記凹状連結部に内挿され、前記凸状流路部が前記凹状連結部に挿入されたときに前記凸状流路部をシールする環状シール部材と、
前記凹状連結部に内挿され、樹脂製の前記ボディー本体との当り面が超音波溶着される樹脂製のガイドワッシャーと、
前記ガイドワッシャーの奥側に内挿され、前記ガイドワッシャーの内側に形成された環状の切り欠き部に当接して前記シール部材が嵌まり込む溝部を形成する樹脂製のガイドサブワッシャーと、を備え、
前記ガイドワッシャーの前記ガイドサブワッシャーと対向する部位に、前記ガイドサブワッシャーと当接される接合面と、前記接合面に形成された凹溝と、前記凹溝の溝壁を切り下げて形成され前記ガイドサブワッシャーとの間に間隙を形成する対向面と、前記対向面を切り下げて形成された前記切り欠き部と、を有し、前記接合面と前記ガイドサブワッシャーとが超音波溶着されることを特徴とする管継手。 - 環状の前記ガイドワッシャーの内周側に、環状の前記ガイドサブワッシャーが内挿される嵌め込み部を有し、前記嵌め込み部の外周に溶着溶け代を設けて前記ガイドワッシャーと前記ボディー本体とを超音波溶着することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管継手。
- 前記環状シール部材がOリングであることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の管継手。
