Claims (7)
- 下部基板と、
前記下部基板に形成されたスペーサ及びシール材からなる多重シールパターンと、
前記多重シールパターンに接合される上部基板と、
を備え、
前記多重シールパターンの中で配線上に形成されたシールパターンのスペーサは導電性スペーサであることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記シールパターンは二重に形成されており、前記二重のシールパターンの中で配線上に形成されたシールパターンのスペーサは導電性スペーサであること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記導電性スペーサは、Au、Ag、Pd、Ni、ITO、IZO及びこれら中で一つがコーティングされたガラスファイバーよりなった群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記上部基板は、
該上部基板の画素部領域に形成されるカラーフィルタ層と、
前記カラーフィルタ層の下部に形成された透明電極パターンと、
前記透明電極パターンの下部に形成された配向膜と、
を備え、
前記カラーフィルタ層は、カラーフィルタセルと前記カラーフィルタセルとの間にブラックマトリックスが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記ブラックマトリックスは、前記画素部領域の以外の基板全面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ブラックマトリックスは、その下部に多重のシールパターンを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記液晶表示装置は、STN(スーパーツイステッドネマティック)を用いた単純マトリクス方式の液晶表示装置またはTFT液晶表示装置であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
