Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、蒸発せしめて冷却作用を発揮する独立した冷媒閉回路1を構成する高温側冷媒回路2と低温側冷媒回路3とからなり、高温側冷媒回路2の蒸発器14と低温側冷媒回路3の凝縮器23とでカスケードコンデンサ25を構成した冷凍装置において、低温側冷媒回路3に、R245fa、R600、R404A、R508A、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒、又は、R245fa、R600、R404A、R23、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒、又は、R245fa、R600、R404A、R508B、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒を封入した。

Claims (5)
- 圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を凝縮した後、蒸発せしめて冷却作用を発揮する独立した冷媒閉回路を構成する高温側冷媒回路と低温側冷媒回路とからなり、前記高温側冷媒回路の蒸発器と前記低温側冷媒回路の凝縮器とで熱交換器を構成した冷凍装置において、
前記低温側冷媒回路に、
R245fa、R600、R404A、R508A、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒、又は、
R245fa、R600、R404A、R23、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒、又は、
R245fa、R600、R404A、R508B、R14、R50、R740を含む非共沸混合冷媒、
を封入したことを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - R245faとR600を合わせた総重量に対してR245faを70重量%以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1の冷凍装置。
- 非共沸混合冷媒の総重量に対して、
R245faとR600を合わせた総重量を5〜24重量%、
R404Aを13〜28重量%、
R508A、又は、R23、又はR508Bを21〜37重量%、
R14とR50を合わせた総重量を25〜43重量%、
R740を4〜10重量%、
としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の冷凍装置。 - n−ペンタンを0.5〜2重量%加えたことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3の冷凍装置。
- 高温側冷媒回路に、R407DあるいはR404Aとn−ペンタンからなる非共沸混合冷媒を封入したことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3又は請求項4の冷凍装置。
