Abstract
【解決手段】 有機性廃棄物1を嫌気性消化槽5で嫌気性消化処理するに際し、有機性廃棄物1を可溶化装置2で可溶化して、有機性廃棄物1中のマグネシウムを溶出させ、可溶化された有機性廃棄物からマグネシウム除去装置4においてマグネシウムを取除き、マグネシウムが取除かれた有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化槽5にて嫌気性消化処理する。

(イ)有機性廃棄物を可溶化して、前記有機性廃棄物中のマグネシウムを溶出させる工程
(ロ)前記(イ)の工程で可溶化された有機性廃棄物からマグネシウムを取除く工程
(ハ)前記(ロ)の工程でマグネシウムが取除かれた有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する工程
また本発明は、上記において、(イ)の工程が、湿式ビーズミル撹拌破砕工程であることを要旨とする。
(ニ)(ハ)の工程で処理された消化汚泥を脱水処理し脱水ろ液を得る工程
(ホ)前記(ニ)の工程で得られた脱水ろ液に含まれる窒素およびリンをリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム晶析法によって回収する工程
図3に示される装置を用いて処理を行った。すなわち、処理の対象となる有機性廃棄物1は、標準活性汚泥法による濃縮余剰汚泥0.01m3とした。この濃縮余剰汚泥に対して硫酸を添加し、撹拌機(60rpm)で30分間撹拌した後、可溶化装置2によって可溶化処理を行った。硫酸の添加量は、汚泥1m3あたり1.2kgとした。可溶化装置2は、湿式ビーズミル装置を用い、ここでの処理時間は10分とした。
処理の対象となる有機性廃棄物1は、実施例と同様の標準活性汚泥法の濃縮余剰汚泥0.01m3であった。この濃縮余剰汚泥に対して硫酸を添加し、撹拌機(60rpm)で30分間撹拌した後、可溶化装置2によって可溶化処理を行った。硫酸の添加量は、汚泥1m3あたり1.2kgとした。可溶化装置2は、湿式ビーズミル装置を用い、ここでの処理時間は10分とした。

Claims (6)
- 有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する方法であって、以下の工程(イ)(ロ)(ハ)を含むことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
(イ)有機性廃棄物を可溶化して、前記有機性廃棄物中のマグネシウムを溶出させる工程
(ロ)前記(イ)の工程で可溶化された有機性廃棄物からマグネシウムを取除く工程
(ハ)前記(ロ)の工程でマグネシウムが取除かれた有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する工程 - (ロ)の工程が、可溶化された有機性廃棄物の固液分離により、マグネシウムを含む液相を分離することで、マグネシウムを取除く工程であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
- 分離された液相にアルカリ剤を添加することで、マグネシウムを難溶性のマグネシウム塩として取除くことを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
- (イ)の工程が、湿式ビーズミル撹拌破砕工程であることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
- さらに、以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
(ニ)(ハ)の工程で処理された消化汚泥を脱水処理し脱水ろ液を得る工程
(ホ)前記(ニ)の工程で得られた脱水ろ液に含まれる窒素およびリンをリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム晶析法によって回収する工程 - (ロ)の工程で取除いたマグネシウムを(ホ)の工程におけるマグネシウム源として利用することを特徴とする請求項5記載の有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化方法。
