Abstract
【解決手段】固形分として1種以上の糖類を含むソフトキャンディ生地2中に、水分含有量が0〜6重量%で、粒状、棒状または板状の打錠物3が3〜30重量%の割合で混入されているソフトキャンディ1、さらにソフトキャンディ生地2中に、水分含有量が10〜20重量%のグミが、打錠物3との合計量が3〜30重量%となるように分散されているソフトキャンディ1は、歯付き防止性に優れる、かつ従来にない新食感のソフトキャンディである。ソフトキャンディ生地2中に、結晶セルロースが0.02〜0.3重量%含有されたものはさらに呈味に優れる。さらに糖衣を施すことで、より多彩な味及び食感を付与することができる。

Claims (4)
- 固形分として1種以上の糖類を含むソフトキャンディ生地中に、水分含有量が0〜6重量%で、粒状、棒状または板状の打錠物が3〜30重量%の割合で混入されていることを特徴とするソフトキャンディ。
- 前記ソフトキャンディ生地中に、水分含有量が10〜20重量%のグミが、前記打錠物との合計量が3〜30重量%となるように分散されている請求項1に記載のソフトキャンディ。
- 前記ソフトキャンディ生地中に、結晶セルロースを0.02〜0.3重量%含有してなる請求項1または請求項2に記載のソフトキャンディ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のソフトキャンディに糖衣を施したソフトキャンディ。
