Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば,複数の単位電池と;積層された単位電池の最も外側に配された一対のエンドプレートと;エンドプレートに突出形成された締結部材に挿通されて一対のエンドプレートを締結する締結ロッドと;を含み,エンドプレートの厚さが締結部材の厚さより小さい二次電池モジュールが提供される。これによって,エンドプレートの厚さを締結部材の厚さより小さくすることにより,二次電池モジュール自体を軽量化することができる。

Claims (18)
- 複数の単位電池と;
積層された前記単位電池の最も外側に配された一対のエンドプレートと;
前記エンドプレートに突出形成された締結部材に挿通されて一対の前記エンドプレートを締結する締結ロッドと;
を含み,
前記エンドプレートの厚さが前記締結部材の厚さより小さいことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池の間に電池隔壁が配されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは,前記単位電池の側面に対応する寸法で形成されて前記単位電池に隣接して配された平板部材と,前記平板部材の上端および下端に突出形成されてホールが貫通形成された締結部材とを含むことを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートには,互いに対向する両側端に締結部材が突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートには,互いに対向する上下端に締結部材が突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記締結ロッドは,先端にねじ切り加工されたボルト状の構造を有し,ナットによって締結されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートと前記締結部材との間の連結部は,円弧状の断面形状を有することを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは,モータ駆動用の電源として用いられることを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 複数の単位電池と;
前記単位電池が積層された電池集合体の外側に配され,応力集中部に補強部が形成された一対のエンドプレートと;
一対の前記エンドプレートの間に設置されて一対の前記エンドプレートを締結する締結ロッド,およびナットと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記補強部は,他の部分より高強度の材料で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記補強部は,前記締結ロッドおよび前記ナットの締結部位に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9または10に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは,前記電池集合体の外側に密着する平板部材と,前記平板部材の対向する二つの側端に前記平板部材より高強度の材料で形成された複数の締結部材と,前記締結ロッドを挿通するために前記締結部材の中央に形成されたホールとを含むことを特徴とする,請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは,前記ホールの周囲に前記平板部材より高強度の材料で形成されたホール周辺部を含むことを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記ホール周辺部は,前記締結部材より高強度の材料で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項13に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記締結部材は,アルミニウム3003からなることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記ホール周辺部は,ステンレススチール304からなることを特徴とする,請求項13に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートには,互いに対向する両側端に締結部材が突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9〜16のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートには,互いに対向する上下端に締結部材が突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9〜17のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
