Abstract
【解決手段】 主成分としてFe、Cu、Zn、Co、Niを含み、それぞれ酸化物換算で、Fe2O3が43.0〜48.0モル%、CuOが9.0〜12.0モル%、ZnOが15.0〜30.0モル%、Co3O4が0.01〜0.2モル%、残部がNiOであって、主成分に対して、SiO2が0.3〜1.2wt%添加したことを特徴とした。

Claims (4)
- 主成分としてFe、Cu、Zn、Co、Niを含み、それぞれ酸化物換算で、Fe2O3が43.0〜48.0モル%、CuOが9.0〜12.0モル%、ZnOが15.0〜30.0モル%、Co3O4が0.01〜0.2モル%、残部がNiOであって、前記主成分に対して、SiO2が0.3〜1.2wt%添加されてなることを特徴とするフェライト磁性材料。
- 初透磁率μiが90以上であり、1MHzでのQ値が140以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライト磁性材料。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のフェライト磁性材料を磁心とし、前記磁心にコイルを巻設したことを特徴とする電子部品。
- 前記磁心と前記コイルを樹脂モールドしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子部品。
