Abstract
歯車装置において調整を容易にし、バックラッシを低減する。
【解決手段】
平行軸型の円すい歯車装置100では、第1の回転軸3に円すい小歯車7aを取り付け、この第1の回転軸に第2の回転軸10を平行に配置する。第2の回転軸に、円すい小歯車に噛み合う円すい大歯車7bを取り付ける。小歯車と大歯車とは円すい角がほぼ等しい。第1の回転軸を軸方向に移動可能に支持手段4a、4bが支持する。第1の回転軸の軸方向に推力を付勢手段15aが付勢する。第1の回転軸の軸端部に付勢手段が付勢した推力を支持し第1の回転軸の径方向の変位を許容する荷重支持体8を設ける。

Claims (10)
- 第1の回転軸に設けた円すい小歯車と、この第1の回転軸にほぼ平行な第2の回転軸に取り付けられ前記円すい小歯車に噛み合う円すい大歯車とを有し、前記小歯車と大歯車とは円すい角がほぼ等しく形成されている歯車装置において、前記第1の回転軸を軸方向に移動可能に支持する支持手段と、この第1の回転軸の軸方向に推力を付勢する付勢手段と、第1の回転軸の軸端部に設けられ前記付勢手段が付勢した推力を支持し第1の回転軸の径方向の変位を許容する荷重支持体とを備えたことを特徴とする歯車装置。
- 前記荷重支持体の軸方向位置を調節可能にする手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記付勢手段が付勢する推力の一部を、前記小歯車及び大歯車の歯面に導いたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記荷重支持体を前記第1の回転軸に当接する位置に配置し、この荷重支持体の硬度を、前記第1の回転軸よりも低くしたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記第1の回転軸が前記荷重支持体と当接する部位を凸球面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記支持手段は転がり軸受であり、前記荷重支持体をこの転がり軸受の外輪に当接させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記荷重支持体の軸方向位置を調節可能にする手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記支持手段を保持する第1の軸受ハウジングと、前記第2の回転軸を支持する他の支持手段と、この他の支持手段を保持する第2の軸受ハウジングとを設け、前記第1の軸受ハウジングと第2の軸受ハウジングとを弾性体を介して当接させたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記第1の回転軸の曲げ方向ばね定数が前記支持手段の径方向ばね定数よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記弾性体のヤング率が前記第1の回転軸のヤング率よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の歯車装置。
