Abstract
【解決手段】多孔質材よりなるGDL1の表面にMPLをコーティングしてからGDL1に液状ゴムを含浸させる燃料電池用ガスケットの製造方法において、GDL1の表面にMPLをコーティングする際にGDL1のシール性を必要とする部分にはマスキング等の方法を用いてMPLをコーティングせず、ここにMPL未コーティング部4を形成し、次いで、このMPL未コーティング部4に液状ゴムを含浸させる。

Claims (1)
- 多孔質材よりなるGDL(1)の表面にMPLをコーティングしてから前記GDL(1)に液状ゴムを含浸させる燃料電池用ガスケットの製造方法において、
前記GDL(1)の表面にMPLをコーティングする際に、前記GDL(1)のシール性を必要とする部分(2)にはマスキング等の方法を用いて前記MPLをコーティングせず、ここにMPL未コーティング部(4)を形成し、
次いで、前記MPL未コーティング部(4)に液状ゴムを含浸させることを特徴とする燃料電池用ガスケットの製造方法。
