Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチング電源装置100をスタンバイモードにすることを示すスタンバイ信号を外部から受けて、制御回路101の電源端子T1に制御回路が動作可能となる電圧閾値VTHよりも低い電圧を供給させるスイッチング電源装置により2電源方式を適用した場合に消費電力を低減することができる。

Claims (4)
- AC電源からのAC電圧を整流し、パルストランスに供給した整流電圧をスイッチングし、前記パルストランスの二次巻線に接続された負荷に所定の負荷電圧を供給するスイッチング電源装置であって、
前記整流電圧を第1の抵抗を介して制御回路の電源端子に供給し、且つ、前記パルストランスのドライブ巻線に発生する電圧をダイオードを介して前記電源端子に供し、
スイッチング電源装置をスタンバイモードにすることを示すスタンバイ信号を外部から受けて、前記制御回路の電源端子に前記制御回路が動作可能となる電圧閾値よりも低い電圧を供給させることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置において、
前記整流電圧は前記第1の抵抗及び第1のスイッチング素子を介して電源端子に供給され、且つ、第2の抵抗と第2のスイッチング素子との直列回路を介して接地されており、
前記スタンバイ信号が通常の動作状態を示すノーマルモードである場合に、前記第2のスイッチング素子を遮断させると共に、前記第1のスイッチング素子を導通させ、
前記スタンバイ信号が待機状態を示すスタンバイモードである場合に、前記第2のスイッチング素子を導通させると共に、前記第1のスイッチング素子を遮断させることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載のスイッチング電源装置において、
前記第1のスイッチング素子に保護ダイオードが設けられていることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置において、
前記整流電圧は、定電圧ダイオードと第1のスイッチング素子との直列回路を介して接地されており、
前記スタンバイ信号が通常の動作状態を示すノーマルモードである場合に、前記第1のスイッチング素子を遮断させ、
前記スタンバイ信号が待機状態を示すスタンバイモードである場合に、前記第1のスイッチング素子を導通させることを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。
