Claims (3)
- 放射状に並んで配置された複数の固定翼を内リム部と外リム部で一体に連結してなる構造の半リング状の固定翼集合体を2つ突き合わせてなるリング状のターボ分子ポンプ固定翼であって、
上記ターボ分子ポンプ固定翼は、
上記固定翼集合体を2つ突き合わせた状態で上記内リム部には空隙部が形成されていること
を特徴とするターボ分子ポンプ固定翼。 - 上記空隙部は、0.3mm〜0.7mmであり、より好ましくは0.5mmであること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のターボ分子ポンプ固定翼。 - 上記空隙部は、
上記固定翼集合体の内リム部端部の一端を、この固定翼集合体を2つ突き合わせて形成される突き合わせラインよりも周方向に対し短くすることにより形成され、
上記内リム部端部は、上記内リム部の切り起こし側端部であること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のターボ分子ポンプ固定翼。
