Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも、熱可塑性樹脂層と絵柄層とからなる舗道用シートであって、前記熱可塑性樹脂層が、硬化後のビカット軟化温度が70〜160℃の熱可塑性樹脂からなり、前記絵柄層とは反対側の熱可塑性樹脂層の面に接着剤層を設け、前記接着剤層が、硬化後のビカット軟化温度が70〜160℃の接着剤からなり、前記絵柄層が、少なくともアンスラキノン、イソインドリノン、ブロムアンサンスロン、ジケトピロロピロール、カーボンブラック、フタロシアニンブルーから一つ以上選択された顔料からなることを特徴とする。

Description
<性能比較>
以上のように作製した実施例1〜4の舗道用シートについて以下の促進耐候性試験を実施した後、目視等にて評価した。
<促進耐候性試験>
メタルハライドランプ方式試験機 JTM G 01 2000 日本試験機工業会規格 JTM STANDARD Metalhalide Lamp type apparatus ダイプラ・メタルウェザー(KU−R5CI−A) (ダイプラ・ウィンテス株式会社製) 光源ランプ:MW−60W、フィルター:KF−1(照射範囲295nmから780nm) 条件:照度65±3mW/cm2(測定域 330nmから390nm) Light(照射)(53℃,50%RH)20.00時間、Dew(暗黒結露)(30℃,98%RH)4.00時間、Rest(休止)(30℃,98%RH)0.01時間で終了 シャワーはDewの前後に30秒 以上の24.01時間を1サイクル 純水は柏市の市水を蒸気加温制御盤(栗田工業株式会社製)にて25℃に加温した後、下記の装置にて導電率2μS/cm以下の純水にして使用 純水製造機は栗田工業株式会社製の残留塩素除去器:カーボナーCF70F、軟水器:KS−MA−54BF、逆浸透膜(RO膜:Reverse Osmosis膜)装置:マクエースKN−600型、連続脱イオン装置:ピュアエースPA−480X型 色彩色差:CR−200(ミノルタ株式会社製)にて測定。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも、熱可塑性樹脂層と絵柄層とからなる舗道用シートであって、前記熱可塑性樹脂層が、硬化後のビカット軟化温度が70〜160℃の熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする舗道用シート。
- 前記絵柄層とは反対側の熱可塑性樹脂層の面に接着剤層を設け、前記接着剤層が、硬化後のビカット軟化温度が70〜160℃の接着剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の舗道用シート。
- 前記絵柄層が、少なくともアンスラキノン、イソインドリノン、ブロムアンサンスロン、ジケトピロロピロール、カーボンブラック、フタロシアニンブルーから一つ以上選択された顔料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか記載の舗道用シート。
- 前記絵柄層の表面に更に透明熱可塑性樹脂層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の舗道用シート。
- 前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層の表面に表面保護層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の舗道用シート。
