Abstract
【解決手段】 シリンダ40の内部(圧縮室48(C))に対して開口したバイパス孔開口部71から、スプール弁80(バイパスバルブ)の凸部81が退出することによって、体積効率を変化させるコンプレッサ100(容量可変型気体圧縮機)において、凸部81がバイパス孔開口部71からバルブ収容室72に退出したスプール弁開位置は、凸部81の先端面82とバルブ収容室72の内壁面72aとの間の距離hと、凸部81の周長との積によって算出される流路面積S2が、バイパス孔開口部71の開口面積S1に対して2倍以上となるように設定されている。

Claims (2)
- 吸入した気体をシリンダで囲まれた内部において圧縮し、この圧縮された気体を吐出する圧縮機本体を有し、この圧縮機本体には、圧縮行程における前記気体の一部を、低圧空間に選択的に流出させるバイパス通路が形成されるとともに、このバイパス通路を開閉するバイパスバルブが備えられ、前記バイパスバルブの開閉により、吐出気体量を可変とした容量可変型気体圧縮機において、
前記バイパス通路は、前記シリンダの内部に対して開口したバイパス孔開口部と、このバイパス孔開口部に連なり、前記バイパスバルブが収容されたバルブ収容室と、前記バルブ収容室から前記低圧空間に通じる連通部とからなり、
前記バルブ収容室に収容された前記バイパスバルブは、前記バイパス孔開口部に突入して該バイパス孔開口部の周面に摺接する外周面を有する凸部と、この凸部に隣接するとともに前記外周面に対して略直交し、前記バイパス孔開口部に連なった前記バルブ収容室の内壁面に突き当る着座面部とを有し、
前記凸部が前記バイパス孔開口部から前記バルブ収容室に退出した前記バイパスバルブの開位置は、前記凸部の先端と前記内壁面との間の距離と、前記凸部の周長との積によって算出される流路面積が、前記シリンダの壁面上における前記バイパス孔開口部の開口面積に対して2倍以上となるように設定されていることを特徴とする容量可変型気体圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機本体は、回転軸と一体的に回転するロータと、前記ロータの外周面の外方を取り囲むシリンダと、前記ロータの外周面から突出して、この突出した先端が前記シリンダの内周面に当接する、前記回転軸回りに等角度間隔で設けられた複数の板状のベーンと、前記ロータの両端面の側からそれぞれ、該ロータおよび前記シリンダを挟むように配設された2つのサイドブロックとを有し、前記回転軸の回転にしたがって、前記2つのサイドブロック、前記ロータ、前記シリンダ、および前記ロータの回転方向に相前後する2つの前記ベーンによって区画された圧縮室の容積が増減を繰り返すベーンロータリ形式の圧縮機本体であり、
前記バイパス孔開口部は、前記圧縮室の容積が減少する圧縮行程に対応したサイドブロックに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変型気体圧縮機。
