Abstract
【解決手段】ノズル本体上に締め付けスリーブ4を配置してあり、該締め付けスリーブは内面に切欠き部5を有しており、該切欠き部は入口部6を介して外側からアクセス可能になっている。

Claims (10)
- 射出成形金型用の加熱型ノズル(1,1′)であって、ノズル本体(2,2′)を有しており、該ノズル本体は流過通路(11,11′)を備えており、該流過通路はノズル出口開口(10,10′)に通じており、前記ノズル本体に温度測定部材(3,3′)を取り付けるようになっている形式のものにおいて、ノズル本体(2,2′)上に締め付けスリーブ(4,4′)を配置してあり、該締め付けスリーブは内面に切欠き部(5,5′)を有しており、該切欠き部は入口部(6,6′)を介して外側からアクセス可能になっていることを特徴とする、射出成形金型用の加熱型ノズル。
- 締め付けスリーブ(4)はノズル本体(2)上に相対回動可能に配置されている請求項1に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 切欠き部(5)及び入口部(6)は、締め付けスリーブ(4)の軸線方向で締め付けスリーブ(4)の下側の縁部まで延びている請求項1又は2に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 切欠き部(5)の深さは、締め付けスリーブの周方向で減少している請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 切欠き部の深さの減少は、所定の湾曲線に沿って行われている請求項4に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 切欠き部(5′)及び入口部(6′)は、締め付けスリーブ(4′)の周方向に延びている請求項1に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 締め付けスリーブ(4′)は、締め付けスリーブ(4′)の軸線方向に延びるスリット(9′)を有している請求項6に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- ノズル本体(2)上に熱伝導スリーブ(8)を不動に配置してある請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 熱伝導スリーブ(8)は、熱伝導スリーブ(8)の軸線方向に延びるスリット(9)を有している請求項8に記載の加熱型ノズル。
- 熱伝導スリーブ(8)及び/又は締め付けスリーブ(4)は、メートル当たり少なくとも100ワットケルビンの熱伝導量を有する材料から成っている請求項8又は9に記載の加熱型ノズル。
