Abstract
【解決手段】非共有電子対を持つ電子供与化合物A、ヨウ素塩、及びヨウ素(I2)を備えた電解液組成物、及びそれを利用して製造した太陽電池。これにより、多孔質膜内の電子を増加させて電荷集積能力を向上させ、また、開放電圧を増加させて効率性の高い染料感応太陽電池を製造できる。

Description
ket[I3 −]:TiO2膜表面と電解液反応中のI3 −の還元速度、を示す。
T:絶対温度(the absolute temperature)
Iinj:電解液内での電子イオンが占めるフラックス(the charge flux)
ncb:TiO2表面にある電子の数であって、濃度を意味する。
第1電極10のITOから形成された伝導性フィルム12上に、粒径5〜15nm程度サイズのチタン酸化物粒子分散液を、ドクターブレード法を利用して1cm2面積に塗布し、450℃で30分間熱処理焼成工程を行って、10μm厚さの多孔質膜30を製作した。
酸化−還元電解質40の溶液として、1,2−ジメチル−3−ヘキシルイミダゾリウムヨウ化物1489g、4−tert−ブチルピリジン533g、LiI 111g、及びI2 80gをアセトニトリル溶媒に溶解させて利用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で実施した。
酸化−還元電解質40の溶液として、1,2−ジメチル−3−ヘキシルイミダゾリウムヨウ化物1500g、LiI 100g及びI2 100gをアセトニトリル溶媒に溶解させて利用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で実施した。
酸化−還元電解質40の溶液として、1,2−ジメチル−3−ヘキシルイミダゾリウムヨウ化物1489g、LiI 111g、及びI2 80gをアセトニトリル溶媒に溶解させて利用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で実施した。

Claims (12)
- 太陽電池の電解液組成物において、非共有電子対を持つ電子供与化合物A、ヨウ素塩、及びヨウ素(I2)を備えた電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aの含有量は、ヨウ素(I2)100重量部を基準として30ないし1,000重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、炭素数1ないし20の脂肪族アミン、炭素数1ないし20のアリールアミン、及び炭素数1ないし20の複素環アミンから形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、炭素数1ないし20の複素環アミンから形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、ピリジン、ピリダジン、ピリミジン、ピラジン、トリアジン、トリアゾール、チアゾール、チアジアゾール、4−tert−ブチルピリジン、2−アミノ−ピリミジン、及びそれらの誘導体から形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、炭素数1ないし20の脂肪族硫黄化合物、炭素数1ないし20のアリール硫黄化合物、及び炭素数1ないし20の複素環硫黄化合物から形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、硫化ジメチル、硫化メチルフェニル、チオフェン、及びそれらの誘導体から形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記化合物Aは、炭素数1ないし20の脂肪族リン化合物、炭素数1ないし20のアリールリン化合物、及び炭素数1ないし20の複素環リン化合物から形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素塩は、ヨウ素化リチウム、ヨウ素化ナトリウム、ヨウ素化カリウム、ヨウ素化マグネシウム、ヨウ素化銅、ヨウ素化ケイ素、ヨウ素化マンガン、ヨウ素化バリウム、ヨウ素化モリブデン、ヨウ素化カルシウム、ヨウ素化鉄、ヨウ素化セシウム、ヨウ素化亜鉛、ヨウ素化水銀、ヨウ素化アンモニウム、ヨウ素化メチル、ヨウ素化メチレン、ヨウ素化エチル、ヨウ素化エチレン、ヨウ素化イソプロピル、ヨウ素化イソブチル、ヨウ素化ベンジル、ヨウ素化ベンゾイル、ヨウ素化アリル及びヨウ素化イミダゾリウムから形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 前記ヨウ素塩は、ヨウ素(I2)100重量部を基準として、150ないし3,000重量部であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電解液組成物。
- 有機溶媒を追加で含み、前記有機溶媒は、アセトニトリル(AN)、エチレングリコール、ブタノール、イソブチルアルコール、イソペンチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、エチルエーテル、ジオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン、n−ブチルエーテル、プロピルエーテル、イソプロピルエーテル、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルブチルケトン、イソブチルケトン、エチレンカーボネート(EC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)、ガンマ−ブチロラクトン(GBL)、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン及び3−メトキシプロピオニトリル(MP)から形成された群から選択された一つ以上であり、前記有機溶媒の含有量が、全体電解液組成物の含有量を基準として10ないし90wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解液組成物。
- 互いに対向した第1電極及び第2電極と、
前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在され、染料が吸着されている多孔質膜と、
前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在された請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項に記載の電解液組成物と、を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池。
