Abstract
【解決手段】着色ノズル31は物品としての電線3の外表面3aに向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して該電線3を着色する。着色ノズル31は着色材を滴射するノズル54とノズルカバー55と洗浄液供給源62を備えている。ノズルカバー55はノズル54の少なくとも先端部37bを覆う。ノズル54の先端面50bとノズルカバー55の端面56aとは同一平面上に位置する。洗浄液供給源62はノズルカバー55内に洗浄液を供給する。着色ノズル31は表面張力により洗浄液がノズルカバー55内に保たれた状態でノズル54から着色材を滴射する。

Claims (2)
- 物品の外表面に向かって液状の着色材を一定量ずつ滴射して、前記着色材の液滴を前記物品の外表面に付着させて該物品を着色する着色ノズルにおいて、
前記着色材を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部内の着色材を加圧する加圧手段と、
筒状に形成されかつ内側に前記着色材が流れるとともに前記収容部内に連通したノズルと、
前記ノズルの前記収容部内に位置する基端部に接離自在に設けられ、該基端部に接離することで前記ノズルから前記着色材を滴射させる弁体と、
少なくとも前記ノズルの先端部を覆うとともに、前記ノズルから滴射された前記着色材が前記物品に付着することを許容するノズルカバーと、
前記ノズルカバー内に前記ノズルに付着した着色材を該ノズルから除去する洗浄液を供給する洗浄液供給手段と、を備え、
前記洗浄液供給手段から前記ノズルカバー内に供給された洗浄液が、該洗浄液の表面張力により前記ノズルカバー内に保たれた状態で、前記ノズルから前記着色材を前記物品に向かって滴射することを特徴とする着色ノズル。 - 前記ノズルカバーの前記物品と相対する端面と、前記ノズルの前記物品と相対する先端面とが同一平面上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の着色ノズル。
