Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- サンプル処理装置中でサンプル物質を分配する方法であって、
反対側にある第1および第2の端部、並びに前記第1の端部に近接して配置される装填チャンバ、前記第2の端部の方に延びる主導管、および前記主導管に沿って分配されている複数のプロセスチャンバを備えるベントのない少なくとも1つのプロセスアレイを備えるサンプル処理装置を提供する段階であって、前記主導管が前記装填チャンバおよび前記複数のプロセスチャンバと流体連通している段階、
前記各プロセスアレイの装填チャンバにサンプル物質を装填する段階、および
前記サンプル処理装置を前記サンプル処理装置の第1の端部に近接して配置される回転軸の周りに回転させることにより、前記サンプル物質をプロセスチャンバの少なくとも幾つかに移送する段階であって、前記プロセスチャンバが前記装填チャンバよりも回転軸から遠くに配置される段階、
を含む、方法。 - 前記サンプル物質を移送した後、前記装填チャンバと前記複数のプロセスチャンバとの間で前記主導管を閉鎖することを更に含み、前記閉鎖が、前記装填チャンバと前記複数のプロセスチャンバとの間に配置される線に沿って前記サンプル処理装置を折り畳むことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプル物質を前記プロセスチャンバに移送した後、前記装填チャンバを前記サンプル処理装置から分離することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプル物質を移送した後、且つ前記装填チャンバを分離する前に、前記装填チャンバと前記複数のプロセスチャンバとの間で前記主導管を閉鎖することを更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプル処理装置を、前記サンプル処理装置の第1の端部に近接して配置される前記回転軸の周りを回転させる間、前記サンプル処理装置を振動させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記各プロセスチャンバが、支導管を通して主導管と流体連通し、更に、前記支導管が、前記主導管と90°未満の支導管角を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプル物質を移送する間の回転が、少なくとも2つの加速/減速サイクルを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反対側にある第1および第2の端部、並びに前記第1の端部に近接して配置される装填チャンバ、前記第2の端部の方に延びる主導管、および前記主導管に沿って分配されている複数のプロセスチャンバを備えるベントのない少なくとも1つのプロセスアレイを備え、前記主導管が、前記装填チャンバおよび前記複数のプロセスチャンバと流体連通しているサンプル処理装置、および、
前記サンプル処理装置の第1の主面に取り付けられるキャリアであって、前記サンプル処理装置の第1の主面の少なくとも一部から間隔を空けて配置されるキャリア本体を備えるキャリア、
を備える、サンプル処理アセンブリ。 - 前記キャリアが、複数のキャリア開口部を備え、前記複数のキャリア開口部が、前記サンプル処理装置中の前記複数のプロセスチャンバと一列に並んでいる、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記キャリアが、前記サンプル処理装置上の前記各主導管と一列に並ぶレールを備え、前記キャリア本体が、隣接する主導管の間で前記サンプル処理装置から間隔を空けて配置される、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 反対側にある第1および第2の端部、
ベントのない複数のプロセスアレイであって、前記各プロセスアレイが、前記第1の端部に近接して配置される装填チャンバ、前記第2の端部の方に延びる主導管、および前記主導管に沿って分配されている複数のプロセスチャンバを備え、前記主導管が前記装填チャンバおよび前記複数のプロセスチャンバと流体連通しているプロセスアレイ、
を備えるサンプル処理装置であって、
前記各プロセスチャンバが、支導管を通して前記主導管の1つと流体連通し、前記支導管が、前記主導管と90°未満の支導管角を形成する、サンプル処理装置。 - 前記プロセスチャンバが、前記サンプル処理装置の反対側にある前記第1および第2の端部の間で延びる軸に沿って延在している、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記支導管が、前記装置の第1の端部に近接している前記プロセスチャンバに入る、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記サンプル処理装置が、感圧接着剤の層で取り付けられる第1および第2の主面を備え、前記主導管の少なくとも1つが、前記主導管に沿って前記第1および第2の主面を一緒に接着する前記感圧接着剤により、前記プロセスチャンバと前記装填チャンバとの間で閉鎖される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記装填チャンバと前記複数のプロセスチャンバとの間に配置される分離線を更に備え、前記分離線が前記各プロセスアレイの主導管を横切って延びる、請求項11に記載の装置。
