Claims (2)
- 反対側にある第1および第2の端部、

前記各プロセスチャンバが、支導管を通して前記主導管の1つと流体連通し、前記支導管が、前記主導管と90°未満の支導管角を形成する、サンプル処理装置。 - 前記サンプル処理装置が、前記装填チャンバ、前記主導管および前記プロセスチャンバを含む構造体を提供する第1の主面部材と、該第1の主面部材に感圧接着剤の層で取り付けられた第2の主面部材とを備え、前記装填チャンバ、前記主導管および前記プロセスチャンバが前記第1および第2の主面部材の間に配置されており、かつ前記主導管の少なくとも1つが、前記主導管に沿って前記第1および第2の主面部材を一緒に接着する前記感圧接着剤により、前記プロセスチャンバと前記装填チャンバとの間で閉鎖される、請求項1に記載の装置。
