Claims (11)
- 対称ゲート(204)と、
非対称ゲート(202)と、
基板(S)と、
フィルタ段(206、230)及び平衡化部材(208)を備えた、対称ゲート(204)と非対称ゲート(202)との間に挿入される直列回路と
を有し、
平衡化部材(208)及びフィルタ段(206)が基板(S)上に形成される
ことを特徴とするフィルタ回路。 - 前記フィルタ段(206)が少なくとも1つの直列BAW共振回路(Rs1、Rs2)及び少なくとも1つの並列BAW共振回路(Rp1、Rp2)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記フィルタ段(206)が前記非対称ゲート(202)と接続する非対称フィルタ段であり、前記平衡化部材(208)が前記対称ゲート(204)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記フィルタ段(206)が前記対称ゲート(204)と接続している対称フィルタ段であり、前記平衡化部材(208)が前記非対称ゲート(202)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記フィルタ段(206)が前記対称ゲート(204)と接続する対称フィルタ段であり、前記直列回路が非対称ゲート(202)と接続する非対称フィルタ段(230)をも含み、前記平衡化部材(208)が対称フィルタ段(206)と非対称フィルタ段(230)との間に挿入され、フィルタ段(206、230)及び平衡化部材(208)が基板(S)上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記直列回路が、前記フィルタ段(206)と前記非対称ゲート(202)または対称ゲート(204)との間に挿入される1つまたは2つ以上の整合素子(232、L、C1、C2)をも含み、
該整合素子が基板(S)上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ回路。 - 前記平衡化部材(208)が2つのコイル(220a、222a)を有する伝送素子であり、該コイル(220a、222a)が基板(S)上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記コイル(220a、222a)が、前記非対称ゲート(202)と対称ゲート(204)間のインピーダンス変換を可能にする巻き数比を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記基板(S)が高い抵抗値を有し、前記コイル(220a、222a)が金属導体路(300,320,304)を材料として該基板(S)上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のフィルタ回路。
- 前記基板(S)が弾性波反射素子を有し、BAW−共振回路(Rs1、Rs2、Rp1、Rp2)及びコイル(220a、222a)が該弾性波反射素子の上方に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のフィルタ回路。
- コイル(220a、222a)の金属導体路(300,302,304)が800nm〜10μmの厚さに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のフィルタ回路。
