Abstract
【解決手段】フィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水12を、第一処理段階14で蒸留することと、第二処理段階20で気化することと、第三処理段階で24で好気性処理することと、第四処理段階32で固体と液体とを分離することと、最終処理段階38で薄膜処理することから成る。

・低温フィシャー・トロップシュ LTFT 炭素又は鉄触媒
・高温フィシャー・トロップシュ HTFT 鉄触媒
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の部分を除く少なくとも一つの段階の安定した分離処理から成る第一の処理 段階と、
b)第二の水に富む流れを作るために非蒸発部分の有機成分の全体の分量を軽減するた めに第一の水に富む流れ中の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることから成る第二の段階 と、
c)第二の水に富む流れの中の少なくとも一部分から少なくとも若干の固体を除去する ために固体−液体分離を行う最終処理段階と、
から成っている。
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の分部を除去する少なくとも一段階の安定した分離処理から成る第一の処理 段階と

e)第四の水に富む流れの少なくとも一部から少なくとも若干の溶融塩類と有機成分と を除去する溶融塩と有機除去段階から成る最終段階。

Claims (25)
- フィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を、精製水として20乃至500mg/lのCODで、pHが6.0乃至9.0であり、懸濁している固体が250mg/l以下で溶融している固体の総量が600mg/l以下である水にするために、少なくとも、
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の過酸化炭化水素の一部分を除去する少なくとも一つの段階の安定した分離 処理から成る第一の処理段階と、
b)第二の水に富む流れを作るために非蒸発部分の有機成分の全体の分量を軽減するた めに第一の水に富む流れ中の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることから成る第二の処理 段階と、
c)第二の水に富む流れの中の少なくとも一部分から少なくとも若干の固体を除去する ために固体−液体分離を行う最終処理段階と、
によって浄化することを特徴とするフィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を浄化する方法。 - フィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を、精製水として20乃至500mg/lのCODで、pHが6.0乃至9.0であり、懸濁している固体が250mg/l以下で溶融している固体の総量が600mg/l以下である水にするために、少なくとも、
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の過酸化炭化水素の一部分を除去する少なくとも一段階の安定した分離処理 から成る第一の処理段階と
b)第二の水に富む流れを作るために非蒸発部分の有機成分の全体の量を減少させるた めに第一の水に富む流れ中の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることから成る第二の処理 段階と、
c)第三の水に富む流れを作るために第二の水に富む流の中の少なくとも溶融有機炭素 の一部分を除去する生物学的処理から成る第三の処理段階と、
d)第三の水に富む流れの中の少なくとも一部分から少なくとも若干の固体を除去する ために固体−液体分離を行う第四の処理段階と、
によって浄化することを特徴とするフィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を浄化する方法。 - 前記非酸性過酸化炭化水素類をアセトアルデヒド、プロピオンアルデヒド、アセトン、メチル−プロピル−ケトン、メタノール、エタノール,プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、およびヘプタノールの部類から選択するものとした請求項1または請求項2のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融有機炭素をアルデヒド類、ケトン類、アルコール類および有機酸類から成る部類から選択するものとした請求項1乃至3のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の処理段階に使用する平衡段階分離法を蒸留、液体溶剤類を使用する溶剤抽出物、および液化ガス類を使用する溶媒抽出物とする前記請求項1乃至4のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理段階にフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水からのガス抜き行程を含ませ、前記第一の処理段階を極めて沸騰点の低い化合物とフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水からの溶融ガスとから成る化合物類を除去する処理段階よりも前に行うようにしたことを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至5のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記b)の蒸発をさせる段階を蒸発冷却塔の周囲温度と圧力に於いて行うようにする前記請求項1乃至6のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記b)の蒸発をさせる段階を蒸発冷却塔において水を製造するために前記第一の水に富む流れを利用する前記請求項1乃至7のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発冷却塔を機械式の通風冷却塔、自然通風冷却塔、および強制通風冷却塔のいずれかから選択するものとする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記処理段階c)の生物処理を好気性処理法とする請求項2乃至9のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記好気性処理法を活性スラッジ法、生物学的通気フィルタ、トリックリング・フィルタ、回転生物学的接触器、高速度小型反応器、薄膜生物反応装置および流動床反応器のうちから選択するものとする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第四の処理段階を生物学的処理中に発生した第三の水に富んだ流れから懸濁している固体類を除去するものとする請求項2乃至11のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- フィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を、極めて精製された水として50mg/lのCODで、pHが6.0乃至9.0であり、懸濁している固体が50mg/l以下で溶融している固体の総量が100mg/l以下である水にするために、少なくとも、
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の過酸化炭化水素の一部分を除去する少なくとも一つの段階の安定した分離 処理から成る第一の処理段階と、
b)第二の水に富む流れを作るために非蒸発部分の有機成分の全体の分量を軽減するた めに第一の水に富む流れ中の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることから成る第二の処理 段階と、
c)第三の水に富む流れを作るために第二の水に富む流れから少なくとも若干の固体類 を除去する固体−液体分離的処理から成る第三の処理段階と、
d)第四の水に富む流れを作るために第三の水に富む流れの少なくとも一部から少なく とも若干の溶解した塩類を除去するために溶解した塩と有機成分除去段階とから成 る最終処理段階と、
によって浄化することを特徴とするフィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を浄化する方法。 - フィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を、極めて精製された水として50mg/lのCODで、pHが6.0乃至9.0であり、懸濁している固体が50mg/l以下で溶融している固体の総量が100mg/l以下である水にするために、少なくとも、
a)第一の水に富む流れを作るためにフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水から少なくとも 非酸性の過酸化炭化水素の一部分を除去する少なくとも一つの段階の安定した分離 処理から成る第一の処理段階と、
b)第二の水に富む流れを作るために非蒸発部分の有機成分の全体の分量を軽減するた めに第一の水に富む流れ中の少なくとも一部を蒸発させることから成る第二の処理 段階と、
c)第三の水に富む流れを作るために第二の水に富む流れから少なくとも溶融有機炭素 の部分を除去する生物学的処理から成る第三の処理段階と、
d)第四の水に富む流れを作るために第三の水に富む流れの少なくとも一部から少なく とも若干の固体類を除去するために固体−液体分離をおこなう第四の処理段階と、
e)第四の水に富む流れの少なくとも一部から少なくとも若干の溶融塩類と有機成分と を除去する溶融塩と有機除去段階から成る最終段階と
によって浄化することを特徴とするフィシャー・トロップシュ法によって誘導された水を浄化する方法。 - 前記非酸性過酸化炭化水素をアルデヒド類、ケトン類、アルコール類および有機酸類の内から選択する請求項13または14のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の処理段階において使用する安定した分離処理を蒸留、液体溶剤類を使用する溶剤抽出物、および液化ガスを用いる溶剤抽出から選択する前記請求項13乃至15のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の処理段階が極めて低い沸騰温度でフィシャー・トロップシュ反応水からの分解ガス類を有する化合物を除去する前記第一の段階において処理する以前の反応水の脱気処理を含むものとする前記請求項13乃至16のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理段階b)における蒸発を冷却塔の周囲温度及び圧力において行う前記請求項13乃至17のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発冷却塔を機械式通風冷却塔自然通風冷却塔、および強制通風冷却塔のいずれかから選択するものとする前記請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記段階c)の生物学的処理を好気性処理法とする前記請求項13乃至19のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記好気性処理法を活性スラッジ法、生物学的発泡フィルタ、トリクリング・フィルタ、回転式生物学的接触器、高速コンパクト反応器、膜バイオ反応器、および流動床反応器の中から選択するようにした前記請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第四の処理段階が生物学的処理中に生じた第三の水に富んだ流れから懸濁固体類を除去するようにした前記請求項14乃至21のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 残留有機種を化学的酸化作用、紫外線発生フリーラジカル類、吸着および/または吸収プロセスから選択した一種あるいは数種の方法で最終段階において除去するようにした前記請求項14乃至22のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着および/または吸収プロセスが活性炭素処理を行うことと有機物除去樹脂を使用することの一方の処理または双方の処理を含むものとする前記請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記第三の処理から生じた溶解した塩類および/または他のいくつかの処理の排出物を、イオン交換、逆方向の浸透、ナノ濾過、および化学的沈殿法の中から選択した一種若しくは数種の方法によって最終処理段階において減少するようにした前記請求項14乃至24のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
