評価方法C この方法は、グラフがはっきりと判る20以上の力のピークを有するときに適用される。
評価方法A この方法は、グラフがはっきり異なるピーク力を5つまで有しているときに適用される。このピーク力の値から平均値が求められる。グラフに1つだけしかピーク力が発生していない場合、その値が「平均値」と見なされる。
評価方法B この方法は、はっきり異なる6〜10個のピーク力がグラフに生じるときに適用される。第1のピーク力によって開始され、引き裂きによって終了するグラフ範囲の中央の80%のピーク値は、接着力を求めるために使用される。
Claims (13)
- 液体を吸収する繊維不織布層を備え、この繊維不織布層がセルロース系繊維材料を含んでいるかまたはこのセルロース系繊維材料をベースとしている、最大厚さが3mmの使い捨て製品としての靴用中敷きであって、中敷きが少なくとも25重量%の加熱溶融可能な結合繊維を含むセルロース系繊維材料からなる1つの詰め綿不織布層(4)によって形成され、この詰め綿不織布層がエンボッシングカレンダ加工によって圧縮され、強く圧縮されたエンボス加工範囲(9)とこれよりも弱く圧縮された範囲(10)を備えていることを特徴とする中敷き。
- 厚さが1〜3mm、特に1〜2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の中敷き。
- 密度が0.1〜0.5g/cm3 、特に0.2〜0.3g/cm3 であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の中敷き。
- 強くエンボス加工された範囲(9)が、詰め綿不織布層(4)の表面積の8〜20%の割合を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 強くエンボス加工された範囲(9)が、少なくとも0.5mmの深さと、0.3〜0.6mmの平面方向の最小寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 詰め綿不織布層(4)の最大引張り力が乾燥状態で縦方向において35〜100N/25mmであり、横方向において40〜100N/25mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 詰め綿不織布層(4)の最大引張り力が湿潤状態で縦方向において20〜100N/25mmであり、横方向において30〜80N/25mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 中敷きが詰め綿不織布層1g当たり1〜4gの液体を吸収する能力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 中敷きが170N/25cm2 、好ましくは180N/25cm2 よりも大きな内部強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 詰め綿不織布層(4)が木綿繊維を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 加熱溶融可能な結合繊維、特に多成分繊維が、ポリエチレン(PE)および/またはポリプロピレン(PP)および/またはポリエステル(PES)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 使用中靴内部底革寄りの中敷き(2)の下面に、島状または線状の滑り止め手段(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の中敷き。
- 滑り止め手段(14)が最高1.5mm、特に最高1mmの最大寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項12記載の中敷き。
