・耐圧ケーシングによって取り囲まれた蒸気ボイラー室と、
・この蒸気ボイラー室を通って延び、その両端がこの蒸気ボイラー室の境界を定めるチューブシートに嵌め込まれた熱交換用パイプから成る長いパイプ群と、
・その流出側の端部が同じくこのチューブシートに嵌め込まれ、その流入側の端部が流入室と合流したより短い熱交換用パイプから成る、少なくとも一つの別のパイプ群と、
・前記の流出側の端部において、このチューブシートと接続され、区画に区切られたヘッド部分とを備え、
その際燃焼室から流れ出た高温のプロセスガスは、この長いパイプ群を貫流し、そしてこの流入室は、この蒸気ボイラー室内に配置されており、クラウスプラントの触媒反応器からのより低温のプロセスガスを当てられ、そしてこれらのヘッド部分の各区画は、それぞれ一つのパイプ群に割当てられており、そしてこれらの区画には、凝縮された硫黄を排出するための機器が接続されているクラウスプラント用廃熱ボイラーである。

Claims (6)
- ・耐圧ケーシング(14)によって取り囲まれた蒸気ボイラー室と、
・この蒸気ボイラー室を通って延び、その両端がこの蒸気ボイラー室の境界を定めるチューブシート(19)に嵌め込まれた熱交換用パイプから成る長いパイプ群(18)と、
・その流出側の端部が同じくこのチューブシート(19)に嵌め込まれており、その流入側の端部が流入室(21)と合流しているより短い熱交換用パイプから成る、少なくとも一つの別のパイプ群(20)と、
・前記の流出側の端部において、このチューブシート(19)と接続されるとともに、区画に区切られたヘッド部分(22)とを有し、
その際燃焼室(2)から流れ出た高温のプロセスガスは、この長いパイプ群(18)を貫流し、そしてこの流入室(21)は、この蒸気ボイラー室内に配置されており、クラウスプラントの触媒反応器(4)からのより低温のプロセスガス(10)を当てられ、そしてこのヘッド部分(22)の各区画は、それぞれ一つのパイプ群(18,20)に割当てられており、そしてこれらの区画には、凝縮された硫黄を排出するための機器が接続されているクラウスプラント用廃熱ボイラー。 - 当該の流入側のチューブシートには、当該の燃焼室又は当該の燃焼室を含む分解反応器に直に固定するための接続フランジを持つヘッド部分が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱ボイラー。
- 当該の流入室(21)は、ケーシング側に当該のプロセスガスに対するガス流入口を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃熱ボイラー。
- 当該の流入室(21)は、流入室区画(21a,21b)に区切られており、その際これらの流入室区画(21a,21b)は、ケーシング側にクラウスプラントの触媒反応器からのプロセスガスに対するガス流入口をそれぞれ一つ有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃熱ボイラー。
- 当該の流入室(21)の位置は、この流入室(21)の温度と当該の長いパイプ群(18)を通って送られるプロセスガスの局所的な温度との間の温度差が、150°Cより小さくなるように、この長いパイプ群(18)の熱交換用パイプ内に生じる温度プロフィルに合わせて調整されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の廃熱ボイラー。
- 高温のプロセスガス用の付加パイプ(24)が、当該の蒸気ボイラー室を通って延び、この付加パイプ(24)を通るプロセスガスの流量を制御するための機器(25)が、その流出側に配備されており、その際このプロセスガスが、高い温度のまま再びこの付加パイプ(24)から流れ出て、硫黄の凝縮温度以下の温度に冷却されたプロセスガス流を加熱するために利用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の廃熱ボイラー。
