Abstract

"CALDEIRA RECUPERADORA DE CALOR PERDIDO PARA UMA INSTALAçãO DE CLAUS". O objeto da invenção é uma caldeira recuperadora de calor perdido (3) para uma instalação de Claus com um recinto de geração de vapor que é envolta por um invólucro a prova de pressão (14), um longo feixe de tubos (18) consistindo de tubos de trocador de calor, os quais se estendem através do recinto de geração de vapor e são inseridos em ambas extremidades em fundos de tubo (19) que limitam o recinto de geração de vapor, pelo menos um outro feixe de tubos (20) consistindo de tubos de trocador de calor mais curtos, os quais são igualmente inseridos nos fundos de tubo (19) em sua extremidade do lado de saída e desembocam em uma câmara de influxo (21) em sua extremidade do lado de entrada, bem como com uma peça de cabeçote (22) que é conectada com o fundo de tubo (19) na extremidade do lado de saída e é subdividida em seções. Um gás de processo quente que sai de uma câmara de combustão (2) flui através do longo feixe de tubos (18). A câmara de influxo (21) é disposta no interior do recinto de geração de vapor e é suprida de um gás de processo mais frio (10) a partir de um estágio de catalisador (4) da instalação de Claus. Um feixe de tubos (18, 20) está associado a cada respectiva seção da peça de cabeçote (22). Equipamentos da de enxofre condensado são acoplados para a sai as seções.
