Abstract

"GERADOR DE VAPOR CONTìNUO EM CONSTRUçãO HORIZONTAL E PROCESSO PARA OPERAçãO DO GERADOR DE VAPOR CONTìNUO". Um gerador de vapor contínuo (1) em que um canal de gás de aquecimento (6) atravessado em corrente em uma direção de gás de aquecimento (x) aproximadamente horizontal, está disposta uma superfície de aquecimento contínuo de evaporador (8), que abrange um número de tubos de gerador de vapor (12) ligados em paralelo para a circulação de um meio fluente (w), deve ter uma medida de segurança operacional assim como eficiência elevadas com um dispêndio construtivo especialmente pequeno. Para isso a superfície de aquecimento contínuo de evaporador (8) abrange de acordo com a invenção um segmento de superfície de aquecimento (26) atravessável pelo meio fluente (w) em contracorrente ao canal de gás de aquecimento (6), cuja saída (16) do lado do meio fluente (w) está posicionada, visto na direção do gás de aquecimento (x), de tal maneira que a temperatura de vapor saturado dependente da pressão, que se ajusta em operação na saída da superfície de aquecimento contínuo de evaporador (8), diverge em menos do que um desvio máximo predeterminado da temperatura de gás de aquecimento predominante em operação na posição de saída (16) do segmento de superfície de aquecimento. Para isso um ou uns coletor(es) de entrada (14) está/estão disposto(s) de tal maneira próximo(s) da entrada de gás da superfície de aquecimento contínuo de evaporador (8), que o meio fluente (w) na primeira peça de tubo descendente (22) mostra uma velocidade de fluxo de mais que a velocidade mínima necessária para o arraste das bolhas de vapor geradas.
