Abstract
Generador de vapor de recuperación de calor (10), en el cual el calor es recuperado a partir de un gas caliente, que se encuentra en un contacto de intercambio de calor al fluir por los circuitos de generación de vapor, que comprenden un circuito de un solo paso de flujo, el cual posee una sección de economizador con un determinado número de tubos paralelos; posee una sección de evaporador con un determinado número de tubos paralelos, que están rayados; como asimismo posee una sección de sobrecalentamiento, con un determinado número de tubos paralelos para generar un vapor a presión; circuitos de generación de vapor éstos, que están caracterizados porque: a) Un primer circuito de generación de vapor de un solo paso de flujo, el cual trabaja a una primera presión, comprende una sección de economizador a baja presión (36) así como una sección de evaporador a baja presión (52) para generar una salida de vapor de baja presión; la sección de evaporador a baja presión (52) posee un determinado número de tubos paralelos, que están rayados; así como b) Un segundo circuito de generación de vapor de un solo paso de flujo, el cual trabaja a una segunda presión, que es más elevada que la primera presión, comprende una sección de economizador a alta presión (38, 62) con un determinado número de tubos paralelos, de los cuales cada uno tiene una salida; comprende una sección de evaporador a alta presión (64) con un determinado número de tubos paralelos, de los cuales cada uno tiene una entrada y una salida; e incluye un orificio de estabilización de flujo (68) por la entrada de cada tubo paralelo de la sección de evaporador a alta presión (64); comprende un colector distribuidor de compensación de presión (70), que está unido con las salidas del determinado número de tubos paralelos de la sección de evaporador a alta presión (64); como asimismo comprende una sección de sobrecalentamiento a alta presión (66), con un determinado número de tubos paralelos, que están unidos con el colector distribuidor de compensación de presión (70) y que tienen unas salidas para el vapor de alta presión.
