Claims (8)
- 目標対象への危機的な接近が生じていることを運転者に伝える引継要請(13,15)を能動化(23)または非能動化(22)することによって,適切な間隔および速度制御器(1,4)を有する自動車の運転者に報告する方法において:
前記引継要請(13,15)の能動化(23)または非能動化(22)は,
前記目標対象に対して間隔および速度制御される車両の固定の最小間隔,
および/または
前記目標対象に関して間隔および速度制御される車両の,相対速度に依存する最小間隔,
および/または
間隔および速度制御器によって生成可能な,最大の車両減速,
に従って行われることを特徴とする,自動車の運転者に報告する方法。 - 前記引継要請が,運転者の視野内の視覚的な表示(13)および/または車内の聴覚的な信号(15)であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 引継要請は,運転者が間隔および速度制御システムを上位制御している場合でも,出力されることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 引継要請の能動化しきい値(19)と非能動化しきい値(20)が,等しくないことを特徴とする,請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 間隔および速度制御するシステムは,レーダー信号を送信および受信し,前記レーダー信号を用いて前を走行する車両を目標対象として認識できることを特徴とする,請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 運転者に,目標対象への危機的な接近が生じていることを運転者に伝える引継要請を出力する,自動車の間隔および速度制御する装置において:
引継要請の能動化または非能動化は,
前記目標対象に対して間隔および速度制御される車両の固定の最小間隔,
および/または
前記目標対象に関して間隔および速度制御される車両の,相対速度に依存する最小間隔,
および/または
間隔および速度制御器によって生成可能な最大の車両減速,
に従って行われることを特徴とする,自動車の間隔および速度制御する装置。 - 引継要請が,運転者の視野内の視覚的な表示としておよび/または車内の聴覚的な信号として表されることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の装置。
- 間隔および速度制御するシステム(4)は,レーダー信号を送信および受信し,前記レーダー信号を用いて前を走行する車両を目標対象として認識することができることを特徴とする,請求項6または7に記載の装置。
