Abstract
Description
それ自体が知られている量の酸化アルミニウム、有機バインダ、マグネシウムアセテート(magnesium acetate)、エルビウムアセテート(erbium acetate)及び水は、ジルコニウムアセテート(zirconium acetate)と一緒に練られることによって十分に混合された。この塊が管の中に押し出された。上記の管は、乾燥され、その後、バインダ及び塩を分解するために1150℃から1400℃の間の温度まで知られたやり方で加熱された。代替プロセスにおいて、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化エルビウム製の、それ自体がよく知られたやり方で処理された、成形された焼結体、例えば、管は、ジルコニウムアセテートの溶液においてジルコニウムと含浸される。この成形された焼結体は、その後、乾燥され、塩を分解するために1000℃から1400℃の間の温度までよく知られた態様で加熱される。管の端部に、円筒形の穿孔された(drilled-through)ディスクが設けられ、その後、このアセンブルされた焼結体が、セ氏約1800度まで上げられる温度で知られたやり方で焼結された。得られた酸化アルミニウムの焼結体は、300重量ppmのMgOと、50重量ppmのEr2O3と、400重量ppmのZrO2とを含有し、高圧ナトリウムランプのランプ容器として適切に用いられることができる。
Claims (6)
- 酸化物の形態におけるマグネシウムと、酸化物の形態における第2の金属Mとを含む気密な多結晶の酸化アルミニウムの焼結体であって、
前記第2の金属Mが、エルビウム、ホルミウム、ジスプロシウム及びツリウムから選択され、前記酸化アルミニウムが、更に、酸化物の形態におけるジルコニウムを有し、MgOとして計算されるマグネシウムが、50乃至1000重量ppmの量において存在し、M2O3として計算される前記第2の金属が、10乃至100重量ppmの量において存在し、ZrO2として計算されるジルコニウムが、50乃至600重量ppmの量において存在することを特徴とする焼結体。 - MgOとして計算されるマグネシウムが、50乃至500重量ppmの量において存在し、M2O3として計算される前記第2の金属が、20乃至50重量ppmの量において存在し、ZrO2として計算されるジルコニウムが、200乃至500重量ppmの量において存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の焼結体。
- MgOとして計算されるマグネシウムが、50乃至500重量ppmの量において存在し、M2O3として計算される前記第2の金属が、30乃至50重量ppmの量において存在し、ZrO2として計算されるジルコニウムが、200乃至400重量ppmの量において存在することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の焼結体。
- 酸化物の形態におけるマグネシウムと、酸化物の形態における第2の金属Mとを含む気密な多結晶の酸化アルミニウムのランプ容器を有する電気ランプであって、
前記ランプ容器が、請求項1に記載の焼結体を有することを特徴とする電気ランプ。 - 前記ランプ容器が、請求項2に記載の焼結体を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気ランプ。
- 前記ランプ容器が、請求項3に記載の焼結体を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気ランプ。
