Claims (24)
- 担体(1)を、担体(1)上に塗布される被覆材料(2)で被覆する方法において、塗布中および/又は塗布後の、担体(1)内における被覆材料(2)の空間的な温度分布を不均一とすることを特徴とする方法。
- 担体(1)の軸方向における空間的な温度分布を不均一とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 担体(1)の軸方向における空間的な温度分布を不均一とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 被覆内での温度差が、少なくとも2℃であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 温度差を、担体(1)の局所的冷却および/又は局所的加熱により生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 温度差を、被覆材料(2)の局所的冷却および/又は局所的加熱により生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆材料(2)および/又は担体(1)を、異なる箇所(P1、P2、P3)で加熱および/又は冷却することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の方法。
- 塗布前の担体(1)を、被覆材料(2)の温度と異なる温度にすることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の方法。
- 塗布前の担体(1)を、空間的に不均一な温度分布とすることを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の方法。
- 担体(1)を、電磁放射により局所的に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の方法。
- 担体(1)および/又は被覆材料(2)を、放射熱により局所的に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の方法。
- 担体(1)を、局所的加熱部(6)で局所的に加熱しおよび/又は局所的冷却部(7)で冷却することを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の方法。
- 担体(1)および/又は被覆材料(2)を、流体により局所的に加熱又は冷却することを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆材料(2)を液体の形態で塗布することを特徴とする請求項1から13の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆材料(2)として、薄め塗膜を使用することを特徴とする請求項1から14の1つに記載の方法。
- 被覆材料(2)が、触媒作用物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から15の1つに記載の方法。
- 流体が貫流できる細孔(5、5’)、入口側(3)、出口側(4)、内側領域(8)および外側領域(9)から成る担体(1)において、前記細孔(5、5’)が、請求項1から13の1つに記載の方法で被覆厚さ(D)の被覆材料(2)で覆われており、各細孔(5、5’)の被覆厚さ(D)が異なりおよび/又はこの被覆厚さ(D)が細孔(5、5’)に沿って変化していることを特徴とする担体(1)。
- 被覆厚さ(D)が、細孔(5)に沿って入口側(3)から出口側(4)へと減少することを特徴とする請求項17記載の担体(1)。
- 被覆厚さ(D)が、細孔(5)から細孔(5’)に、内側領域(8)から外側領域(9)へと減少することを特徴とする請求項17又は18記載の担体。
- 被覆厚さ(D)が、直線的に減少することを特徴とする請求項17から19の1つに記載の担体。
- 被覆厚さ(D)が、指数関数的に減少することを特徴とする請求項17から20の1つに記載の担体。
- 被覆厚さ(D)が、少なくとも10%減少することを特徴とする請求項17から21の1つに記載の担体。
- 塗装手段(11)と温度設定手段(12、13、14)から成る担体(1)の被覆装置において、塗装手段(11)を使って被覆材料(2)を担体(1)上に塗布し、かつ温度設定手段(12、13、14)を使って、空間的に均一ではない被覆材料(2)の温度分布をこの被覆材料(2)の塗布前又は塗布中に形成する、請求項17から22の1つに記載の担体(1)を、請求項1から16の1つに記載の方法に基づき被覆する被覆装置。
- 担体(1)内に空間的に不均一な温度分布を生じさせる、少なくとも2つの温度設定手段(12、13、14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。
