Abstract
Description
米国特許第5,296,120号は、再アルカリ化又は塩化物の除去のためのシステムを記載する。このシステムは、シート又はマットの形態であり、巻き上げられることができ、実質的に非平面の表面で使用される。マットは、セルロース繊維内に配置されている電解質を含む。この電解質の目的の一つは、塩化物イオンをコンクリートから外に輸送することである。塩化物の抽出及び再アルカリ化の間に、アルカリ成分として、アルカリ金属もしくはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物がしばしば使用される。このシステムは、海水で湿った海洋構造物において使用される場合、長時間にわたっては有効ではなく、処理後にこの海洋構造物中に新しい塩化物イオンが浸透し、部分的には、これらの露出した表面は、塩化物非浸透性被覆で容易に被覆され得ないからである。
海水中のアノードとより高いビームにおける補強材との間の印加電圧を用いるCPの使用は、低い電圧が使用されるのであれば(例えば、GAシステムにおけるように)、上記の状況を生じるであろう。
吸水性材料は、塩水中で湿らされ、この環境での設置後、湿ったまま保持される。Tiストリップは、吸収性材料(含浸されたフォーム(泡)又はロックウールなど)とのサンドイッチにおいて外側と内側との両方に配置され得、例えば、含浸した木製バッテン(カセット)をストリップの外側にステープルで留めるかまたはねじ留めすることによって、コンクリートに押し付けられる。有利には、バッテンは、問題の構造物に適した長さに予め製造されていてもよい。あるいは、チタンメッシュは、ベニアの予め製造された耐水性シート上に配置することができ、次いで、例えばロックウールで覆われ、こうして、カセットが保護すべきコンクリート上にネジ留めされる用意ができる。作業は、いかなる特殊技術をも要求しないし、予め製造されるカセットは、後の接続のために用意ができている腐食耐性ソケットを備え得る。
本発明の方法は、低いタイプの波止場で試験した。この波止場は、セントラルノルウェーに位置している。海の表面と波止場の底部エッジとの間の距離は1.7mであり、ビームの下方エッジまでの距離は約0.8mである。
個々の補強バー上にセンサーをマウントして、電力を測定した。
結果は以下のとおりであった:
ガラスワッディングを約1週間の期間浸した後、比較的高い電流をアノードシステムからコンクリート構造物に流し、その結果、本発明の標準に従った保護基準を容易に達成した。
Claims (8)
- 半乾燥の湿気を帯びて湿ったコンクリート海洋構造物における補強材の腐食に対するカソード防食の方法であって、保護すべき構造物の表面に対して、不活性な電気伝導性のアノード材料を、中間の吸水性の接触を確立する材料に押し付けることを含み、該接触を確立する材料は任意に含浸されており、コンクリート中の補強材と固定した不活性な導電性アノード材料とに対して、永続的に電圧を印加することを含み、該構造物と吸水性の接触を確立する材料とは、近くの海水のために、湿気のあるかまたは湿った状態に維持されている、方法。
- 接触を確立する材料として、フレキシブルな吸収性の塩素−、酸−、及び海水−耐性材料が使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フレキシブルな塩素−、酸−、及び海水−耐性材料として、穿孔されたゴム、発泡ゴム、ガラスウール、ロックウール、多孔性合成材料、又は同様の有機もしくは無機の繊維材料が使用される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 接触を確立する材料の親水性含浸物として、硝酸リチウム、臭化リチウムなどの吸湿性の塩が使用される、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 接触を確立する材料の親水性含浸物として、シリカゲルもしくはゼオライトのタイプなどの無機ゲルが使用される、前記請求項に記載の方法。
- 接触を確立する材料の親水性含浸物として、変性キチンゲルなどの化学的及び酸化安定性の有機ゲルが使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属ストリップが、MMO被覆されたチタン金属又は白金で被覆された、銅をコアとするチタンのストリップである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 不活性な導電性材料が、例えばガラス繊維の繊維ストリップであり、該繊維ストリップが電気伝導性塗料を浸透させており、1つ以上の導体がカーボンストリップの形態で配置されている、請求項7に記載の方法。
